When I need my car fixed I fix it myself, when I need my taxes done, I go to NGAC. Got my refund back and it was $4300 !!! WOW!! Shopping and a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue too. thanks. otto

I cannot express my level of dissatisfaction with Becky and her team. They prepared my business taxes incorrectly and my return was not accepted by the IRS. I brought this to their attention—after months of calls and emails, Becky advised that she had taken care of it. Apparently, it was not taken care of; I had to find and hire a competent accountant to resolve my problem. To add insult to injury, Becky and her team are painfully unresponsive; I cannot tell you how difficult it was to get them to respond to countless phone messages and emails. Just awful. Beware.
