What can I say about Bill’s Neighborhood Automotive, well they probably are, nope THEY ARE THE BEST, at what they do. They have worked on my two vehicles since he opened. Hands down the service is fantastic, his mechanic’s are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They have totally revamped their website, you can now make appointments, shuttle service within 5 miles, loaner, emissions testing, transmission repairs. They cover the whole spectrum of Automotive Care and repair. Neighborhood Automotive Svc & transmission repair was great! I came in for a second opinion on my transmission and got a fast response. David is friendly and explained everything to me, I didn’t feel pressured and got all my questions answered. I would highly recommend them!

I recently had my first visit to Neighborhood Automotive and I was so pleased with my overall experience. It was extremely easy to book my appointment online and I received an email and text to remind me of my appointment. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted so pleasantly as everyone in the shop was professional and polite. I received a timely call with an update on the services my vehicle required and another call when it was time for pick-up. This business knows how to take care of their customers and their vehicles and I will definitely be returning to Neighborhood Automotive for all my car maintenance needs.

Great automotive shop.Just feel like home.Wonderful service, very courteous and professional.After the repairs, my car has been driving well (about a week as gone by). . It feels great to drive it again.
