My daughter’s car needed a new engine. Neighborhood Automotive, and David in particular, were recommended to us. From our first interaction, David was extremely helpful, honest and exceeded our expectations in every way. Being able to see a detailed quote and chat with David through their online portal was very convenient. They even coordinated replacing her cracked windshield so we didn’t have to go anywhere else (and matched the quote we received elsewhere). The level of customer service is unmatched and we will definitely be back.

I love how they only take care of what needs to be done, without adding unnecessary costs. And having loner vehicle while your auto is being worked on, is a nice plus. Tim and the staff are very friendly, and they made feel like I was a real neighbor. I'm thankful I found them. ?
