I think something i have to say today!
Don‘t buy your car here !!!
last month I brought a car here only drive 2days my engine light was on ,i took a picture and then i require exchange a car .
Today i went to change my oil there ,my husband and i ask at least 3time if we can change oil free for first time ,the answer is yes ,but after all they make you pay ,they try to let me thought was my misunderstanding(because i am assian?)they are ridiculous and sucks ,not about money now ,very bad bad experience!

If I ever need to bring my old gal to a dealership again, it would be this one!
I called this place after a different nissan dealership told me they wouldn't do my recalls because it had been too long.
This place scheduled me an appointment immidietly and had the work done super fast!
Steven (I hope I spelled that right) as well as everyone else in service was super kind, which I really appreciate. I know warrantee work sucks!
A huge thanks to the technician who worked on my car as well!
My xterra means a lot to me and they took good care of it.

I just want to say that I thought I got a good deal with my trade 2024 Toyota Camry.I purchased A brand new 2024 Nissan Frontier four door 4 wheel drive and I love it.my salesmen George Papios was really honest and respectful to me.The only complainant I have is the timely matter of the paperwork getting done.Nissan took a month paying my old trade off.I feel that it wasn't handle right.I had to make a payment on my old loan just to keep my credit from going down.I feel that shouldn't have happen.I do recommend them but keep advise be patient with the paperwork process.Derrick Carter

0/10 recommend this dealership! I’ve now had several bad experiences there. The biggest thing is this place is scamming and shady. I came into the dealership to purchase my lease. My payoff quote from Nissan Financial was the same as my contractual payoff when I first signed for the lease. They had the same payoff amount listed on my paperwork. I get a call several days later saying my payoff was $824 more than what was in my paperwork and that I needed to come in and pay the difference. I said I wasn’t going to pay that because I already signed a contract, my original contract said my payoff was the same as my payoff quote and what the dealership told me. He said I know I’ve never seen this before but you have to come in and pay it. I again said no I will not and he said that my contract would be terminated if I didn’t. I told him I’ve already signed a contract and he said it didn’t matter. Then I told him to send me the paperwork to review and he said I had to come in, which I would not come in. So I told him to send it to me and I would have my lawyer review it. Haven’t heard from them since. I called Nissan Financial directly a few hours after and they told me that my payoff quote would have been the same number as I the one I signed for and that they would have no idea where the extra $824 came from!
I’ve also had where the sales person was basically calling me an idiot. When I went to purchase my lease, they said the purchase fee was $500 and told me I was wrong when I said it was $300. I had to show them in writing it was $300 for them to change it. And they acted like they had no idea how it was $500 and not $300. And lastly, their doc fee is $300 more than most dealerships in the area.
So be warned!!!

Editing to say: Evan did show up with a vehicle and paperwork at roughly 7:15pm tonight after I had sent some very disheartening messages. And I explained to him as well at how frustrating the entire process was and lack of communication all the way around. We went in on Sunday to get a car and it is now Tuesday night. I did end up agreeing to the car. None of it was ideal or the way I would ever want a car buying experience to go for myself ever again or anyone else and definitely not how I wanted my daughter to have her first experience either. But over all, she got a suv as she wanted, and she likes it a lot. The windshield has a chip in it which I took pictures of and sent straight to Evan so we will see if they take care of that.
There is not enough time to write and explain the ridiculously negative experience that I have had at this dealership. It would be a whole book. But to sum it up, my first experience was terrible, they apologized, tried to “make it up to me” all the things. So when my daughter needed a car I decided to give them a second chance. WORST DECISION I could have made! Took my daughter to go look at cars, she chose one only to find out that it wasn’t even available for purchase yet. We have had smoke blown up our tail pipes for 3 days now, my daughter still doesn’t have a car and it has been made VERY clear that we are not a priority, even as return buyer. Evan, our salesperson both times, is a smooth talker but at the end of the day, he’s your typical car salesman. I wanted to say good things, but I am just so disappointed and so is my daughter. Car buying is supposed to be exciting when you are 16 not an in incredible let down! Lesson learned… not everyone deserves a second chance… good luck to anyone who decides to shop here.

Bad experience in this dealership. When I bought a car back in February 2024. They stereotype and they thought I am unable to buy a car which I was checking on. From the beginning I waited long until someone come and talk to me. Once I checked the car and decided to buy it I told them I have an approval letter from my bank and I don’t need my credit to be checked in different banks. While the guy assigned to me was in the office I have 4 alerts of credit check; when he comes back I asked him why they run my credit while I told you not to do it; the guy looks he doesn’t know much what is going on behind in office and I told him it’s fine. Later when I get in to office to sign the paperwork which is late around 7:00pm the guy completing the paperwork starts bringing paper which was out of my bank with 2% more interest than my bank’s approved rate. I ask him why don’t you use my bank? He told me his boss ordered him either to sign me thru their bank or to leave the vehicle because they don’t want to sell it to me if I don’t use their bank even if I agreed on the price and completed everything. It was late evening which I don’t like to argue; I sign and took the vehicle and refinanced it even with better rate than the original bank approval with in few weeks. They also denied to give me a floor mat which we sign on the agreement.
Any chance on you for a stereotype? Not your place!!!

I purchased my truck from them a month ago, and while the truck is great, the service quality has been nothing but headaches.
I came from out of state to purchase my vehicle and explained my situation before ever making the drive down there. I was assured it would be fine. Spoiler, it wasn't fine. They were unable to title it in my state despite saying they would be able to over the phone. I ended up leaving the dealer with the truck and no temp tags. They gave me a letter saying things would be fine. That was a ticket because things were not fine.
I get the documents they wanted sent to them a week later, and they said they'd send temp tags. I have records of them telling me they mailed it on 4 different days. It showed up a week after they said it would via next day delivery.
Trying to actually register the vehicle has been a headache because they apparently don't know where their tags/title people are whenever I call and get sent to voicemail. This is because they didn't send me required documentation in order to register my vehicle.
