Mr. Burnett has always done an excellent job for us. As an investor in the Atlanta area, he has really helped us in making smart investments as well as providing us a target price to sell after we complete our renovations, pretty amazing how he seems to be spot on every time. We do not finance our properties so having someone to trust to give a completely honest assessment is the most important thing for us. Mike definitely does that.

Very poor experience with Mike. If you are looking for a fair appraisal of your home, look elsewhere. Mike did not take into consideration similar comps from homes that have recently sold and lacks the understanding of the current housing market. He also never responded to requests for clarification on his analysis. For someone that charges on the high end of the industry, we expected a lot better experience.
