I texted (they do not answer the phone) this company to let them know that they had not put back in my rubber mats in my car and had not received my receipt. Well, the receipt just came today (5 days later) and no one has contacted me about my mats. Will not be returning because my sister in law also had a bad experience with them.

been going for outside only. good job till last week or so. they were short handed and onl 2 people trying to wash and keep up. so i gave the 2, $20 tip each. had a detail job in front of me. i got done and waited 30 minutes before asking if they would pull that car up for a second so i could get back to work. went in yesterday, refused service, and told not to come back.

Chipped the clearcoat on my car Refusing to accept the fact that my car wasn't chipped before I came in. Basically calling me a liar.I bring my car to hand car washes so things like this shouldn't happen.Claims to have a video, but won't show it to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

UPDATE: just took it back to them and there is nothing they can do to get it off. They tried to say that it might be paint. The car has never been around paint and it is a brand new YUKON XL. If it got paint on it it was from them. It was not there when we took it to them. they said maybe take it back to the dealership. Never use this car wash. If they damage your car they will not fix it!!!!!!!
Just had my car washed and got it home and the tail lights seem to be permanently etched with some sort of soap/wax that they did not get off. Will be trying to call them tomorrow since they are closed now, but of course it is supposed to rain so they probably won’t be open. Hopefully they will be able to get it off.

Superb detailed hand wash with great care by the team, I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a hand wash service for the vehicle. Only downside is not appointment based and you need to get in early if you are in a rush. Again I loved the service guys, thanks for taking time the other day!!

Was told price was $50. Then employee opened up back door and saw dog hair and said $60. Cool. Not a problem. Walked away and sat in customer seating. Vehicle washed. Then moved up for vacuum and detailing. During that process a woman and young man took over. She announced that my vehicle was done and told me $75. I told her I was told $60. She said no she is the owner and it is $75 and told me I was going to jail. I was going to tip $12 on the$60 anyways.... to boot silly lady does not get its a civil matter.Her son after he came back with change for me at the strong armed$ 75, was kind and gracious and probably embarrassed too. She allegedly fired the employee on the spot. I don't know; i don't speak Spanish. Training issue and company issue; not a customer issue but in the end it is for them. They did a good job but I won't be going back to patronize such a wrong and petty nasty business owner. It was her fault/her employee's fault. I am sure she does not agree to a paying more than quoted prices in her life. However, from the sounds of it, this is par for the course as another customer told me the 'washers' prices given, cant be trusted. Maybe she needs to be there on time and or not not trust the employees who she trusts to open the business to interact with customers and give prices.This is business is registered on the ga secretary of state business search as ms.bubbli just fyi. That is not the name on the yellow carport structure. And..... i see this is a hustle of hers based on some others' reviews too.

Wash and vacuum...Good not great hand wash at good price. I picked up some new light scratches on a black truck and black suv, but to be expected on black cars at a place trying to move quickly. Not that they do move quickly...Very long wait. They wash one car at a time at abt 30 mins per car. Still, it's the only drive-up handwash nearby. They're doing good work just need many more employees.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
