This place has raised our rent prices however we see nothing from the rate increases. They dont maintain the property. There are vines growing over the lot and onto the vehicles parked there and the gate has frequent issues leaving everything stored there being vulnerable to theft. Every time we go out there we do a full sweep of the lot with a roller magnet because if we don't we end up with screws in our tires. We haven't even been there very long and have had these issues. The local owners and management dont care about the quality of their services as we have communicated our concerns and they fall on deaf ears. Leaving a disfavorable review is the last step we have taken because they ignore our requests that if they are to raise rent prices we need to see something for it. Its like they advertise low rates then 'bait and switch' by jacking the prices up this is dishonest. The increases have been in less than 7 months. My husband left a review that never showed up here on google so my trust has been violated and instead of being reasonable they are disrespectful and dismissive. The only thing i can do is warn all of you so you dont have the same experience as we have had trying to do business with this guy. Be smart and do diligent research and find somewhere else to rent.

I’ve stored my trailer here for a couple years now. Storease is a professionally run organization. The facility is kept up nicely and clean. They quickly addressed any issues I had. Recommended.

This gate is not working for the third time. 24 hr access is not the case here. I can understand problems but not this frequently. Missing work because I can’t get to my equipment hurts. Never had problems before they were bought.

I have called three times about the main gate doesn’t work, I am here now with three other renters and we can’t get in, if you call it goes to voice mail and they call back, they are the cheap to get the main gate repaired

While the price is fair and the units are adequate, the main gate the past six months spends more time NOT working, we often show up and the gate technology does not work, when you call them (no human is on site) you reach a remote worker with little to no resources to help. They have to call someone else and maybe they can get it open. It breaks so often recently that they just leave it open 24/7 so anyone can access the property. My advice (we are moving our three units elsewhere) is if you want what you pay for skip over this one and go to one of the many other choices.

I reached out to the management team with some questions regarding my storage space. Lee Ellen was very helpful!! She not only answered my questions, she also corrected an error on a fee AND got a credit issued for an additional fee that she discovered did not apply - a credit for more than a year and a half of that fee. Thank you Lee Ellen!
