“By far the best experience Ive had when visiting an AT&T store. They’re smaller than the one off Marketplace Blvd, but 100 times kinder and more interested in looking at you like a human and then helping you with your issues. Over the years the store on marketplace Boulevard has become worse in different ways. I hope little stores like this one stand a chance and get credit where credit’s due.
This store spoke to me instead of making me sign in on an iPad and wait even when the store was empty.
They talked to me and seemed to care about addressing the issues I had and needed help with.”

“Had such an amazing experience this week with the store manager Blanca, she was very sweet and offered us a great special to move our current lines to t mobile and save half of what we currently pay with metro PLUS we got new iphones for the switch, also a young gentleman angel took the time to help us back up our information on our current devices so the switch would be an easy transition. They assured every question we had were answered. I am sad to leave but will be coming back to blanca for any phone troubles we have, super recommend this location. “Josh is awesome! I was quoted $78 and change for a device upgrade. I went in two weeks later and the price had changed to $91+. I explained the situation and he got me back down to $80 and helped with all my questions for my upgrade. Most Boost Mobile stores will just ignore and make excuses. He made it right and explained everything and answered every question I had with no push back. I will always go in store for issues vs calling customer support now. Mind you this was for a $300 Phone.”

When we got there we found out it had been moved to another store which was frustrating if it wasn’t for the help of Devin. He worked with us for over an hour to find alternatives to what we were there for. He went above and beyond to help us which we really appreciated!”
“As far as AT&T goes it’s a bit questionable…but what isn’t questionable is the service provided by both Tyler & Michael. They both will go above and beyond to help you get to your end goal whether it be new service switching from another carrier or trying to streamline your accounts. These two are my go to at this location and can’t stress it enough that you MUST request one of these two gentlemen. Both extremely experienced and well versed in all things and services AT&T. Questions about phones to both android and iPhone they will most likely have the answers to any questions or concerns. Also the fiber internet with them is a NO brainer if you are not using fiber. Please ask Tyler or Michael to see if it is available where you live because you are missing out big if you don’t have it already and if you do you already know.”
