“Josh is awesome! I was quoted $78 and change for a device upgrade. I went in two weeks later and the price had changed to $91+. I explained the situation and he got me back down to $80 and helped with all my questions for my upgrade. Most Boost Mobile stores will just ignore and make excuses. He made it right and explained everything and answered every question I had with no push back. I will always go in store for issues vs calling customer support now. Mind you this was for a $300 Phone.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Brad at the AT&T store at Market Place in Cumming. I had difficulty with the initial set up of a new phone (translate that as total operator error), and Brad helped me during the day and even stayed past his shift to make sure I understood exactly what to do and ensure the phone was in proper working operation so I could take it home in tiptop shape. AT&T should clone Brad and reward him in a manner, that reflects his professionalism. Plus, the guy has a great personality!”
“Kevin was amazing! This was my second time dealing with him. He remembered me from my first time in there. He gave me so many tips and guided me through so much more than I expected. I told him about how I got the protection plan over the phone and how I think the lady messed up and didn’t put all my devices on it. He looked into it and fixed it for me.”
