I was pleased to switch to State Farm after talking with Gustav. He has stayed in contact with me for a bit and finally he was able to write me a policy that made substantial savings for me. In this day and age that’s no easy feat. I’m thankful he could save me money this time. I’m very grateful and State Farm is reputable company and makes my life more comfortable.

My agent was, Gustav.
He was excellent in all categories of customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a very easy to understand communicator. He took the time needed to explain the details of my policy thoroughly, without rushing me through it.
He's a very likeable young man and I highly refer you to ask for him to receive a positive insurance buying experience.

I'm elderly and stressed due to my husband being placed in Hospice care recently. I'm sure I was less than coherent and, asked the same questions repeatedly. Gustavo never wavered and both allowed and assisted me in comparing a total of five companies. He not only gave me an excellent quote but also he was compassionate, patient and professional over the TWO WEEKS it took me to decide! I meet KACEY from State From the other day. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, a she helped us save us money. Good customer service almost doesn’t exist anymore, but Kacey has the blueprint… she’s amazing.

Aidan has been so efficient and effective when I called regarding my auto insurance cancelation request. He was having issues with the system at the time of my call but promised to take care of my issue once they were back on track and did. He also called me back just to make sure I receive the confirmation email. This is the first time an agent from the company handled my request with professionalism and effectiveness.
