I really don't know what to say, to describe how terrible the service provided by the manager and cashiers at this store is. My family and I were treated extremely poorly at this place twice. If you're going to buy something at this store, make sure you check the price on the label. Twice I went to buy clothes for my children and some of them were on clearance and when I went to pay, an extremely rude lady said that the labels with the clearance price had been changed by someone (in this case, she made it clear that she suspected that my husband or I had changed the labels). We are simple, hard-working people and we don't need to steal. Our family's theme is honesty and, above all, we fear the Lord.

The Manager Perla is very kind & professional to help customers , the cashier girl Kubra is very patient and nice as well ! The store is clean and full of selections , I always found good stuffs there .

Apparently it’s up to the customer to calculate their change. A heavyset young girl with black hair at register #2 at 11:15 am on may 12th of 2024 refused to tell me my change and had me calculate my change myself since she couldn’t or couldn’t be bothered to.
Disappointing. Hopefully she’s not making more than minimum wage.

I always have a nice experience when I go to Marshalls. Everyone there is always so nice and willing to help. I especially had some help from Usha who help me with trying things on and asking if I had the right sizes and all. She was just very, very cheerful, sweet and helpful.

I came to shop with my family and the store manager (Angela) was amazing. I told her that this is the first time that someone takes cares of us as she and Banea did. We are definitely coming back. Great experience!!!
