Marshall and his team have provided excellent care of our insurance needs. During this time of rising prices, he not only notified us ahead of time but offered ways to decrease our premiums, and I'm super grateful for that. They are very responsive and proactive!!!

I have had state farm as my auto insurance provider for 24 years. I have never had a worse experence than with this this agent. I moved from OK to GA, and transfered my account to this agent.
They signed me up for the drive safe discount, but then they shipped the items needed for install to Oklahoma. My address had already been updated to GA, so not sure why that would make sense tto anyone. I tried to reach out via email since they have such limited hours, and got no response from Ashton. (who signed up my account) I took off a Friday afternoon and began calling the office at 2:25pm since they close at 3pm. (according to their webiste and google) However they must have closed early so it looped me to the national customer service line, but when the national number recognized my agent it re-routed me to their voicemail. If you are looking for a State Farm agent I would recommend you keep looking.

I called this insurance office to obtain quotes and compare rates. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to obtain quotes without being pressured, and was greeted kindly and gracious. I received great information with complete explanations. This agency is a full service agency, not just there to sell you a product like so many. I highly recommend giving Marshall a call!

Before I was an employee at Marshall Blair State Farm, I was a customer. I asked for a quote and within 30 minutes I had discussed my coverage and had my documentation. Truly a great customer service experience!

I have not been able to talk to anyone since I signed up for coverage in May. I had to sign up through the emergency after hours number since no one from this office would return my call. I was only looking for one month of coverage until my husband and I bundled our home and auto elsewhere and I could not get anyone on the phone to cancel my insurance after the month had ended. 7 days later I received a text saying my coverage was canceled and I am still getting pieces of mail to the wrong address (my parents) stating that I owe money. I have called and texted for over a week and no one will call or text me back. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I didn’t think it would be impossible to try to give someone business, but it was. And now it is still an issue after I am no longer a customer. I would not recommend this location at all. You will not receive any type of communication from this location AT ALL. I have never written a review until today for any business, but I am so baffled at the way this location runs its business. I had to warn others before they decided to gain coverage here. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

If you want someone to ignore your calls and e-mails and text messages for weeks on end and not work during their posted business hours, this is your place!I’m literally trying to give them more money and get a second car insured and they can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

I recently switched from another company and got MUCH lower rates. More importantly, to me, is that the customer service is unmatched!! Both Marshall and Ashton are amazing to work with!
