I just had my boat serviced and had an acid wash. It looks great. Ralphie is awesome, and is great to work with. He keeps you up to date on the progress of your boat. When I went to pick my boat up, I forgot to let him know I was on my way. I text him that I was about 15 minutes out, and he dropped everything he was doing and had my boat in the water right as I was pulling up. Just great service! I highly recommend.

Jason in the service department is amazing to work with! Ever since we bought our boat back in 2022, he has been extremely helpful with any issues or concerns we have. I appreciate knowing his goal is to get our boat back on the water when ever it is in for service. It’s great having a reliable resource in service. It’s great knowing that there is someone who cares and you can count on.

I had the opportunity to meet Drew Meade personally. My wife and I had an amazing experience with this gentleman. Very professional and knowledgeable about boats. He was very informative and presented his information in a way that made us feel comfortable about asking questions. We are boat newbies and a little intimidated by this whole boating world, but Drew helped ease our fears and aided in our learning. In the end, we made a purchase elsewhere, but remain grateful for his enthusiasm and care. Thank you!

Incredible boat buying experience. We had Alex sell us our boat. The finance guy is not exactly the most pleasurable human. Even after you buy you get to take a class with Matt! They make sure you are all set and lake ready. Highly recommend.

I met with Buck Bonner to look at Sea Ray boats. He is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and professional. He spent over 2 hours with me answering numerous questions. He showed me different boats on different parts of the property. He even took me out for a test drive after the office closed at 5pm. I would highly recommend purchasing a boat from him.

Best buying experience! The most pleasant staff I have ever dealt with. Their level of customer service is unmatched. We were fortunate to have John Powell assist us with our boat purchase. His customer service doesn’t stop with the boat sale! He is always available if you have questions. Jenn Ford is an internal service advisor who exemplifies what great service is about. This place is awesome! Just started keeping my boat at the marina this past summer and had some issues. I talked to Jen Ford and she was super helpful, even brought a battery tester right out to our slip without my asking. We fixed the issue and she got me set up with service appointments and was so nice. Love having my boat right next to such a reliable company and people.

Over the past few years I’ve had several great experiences with the staff at Marine Max on Lake Lanier. Service writer Drew does an excellent job of Keeping me informed and feel like he is genuinely concerned about providing an honest, quality customer experience. Parts department manager Joe, is always accommodating and is willing to take the time to help me source even the most difficult to locate parts in a timely basis. Thanks guys, you keep me coming back!!
