Talin, aside from having the coolest name ever, really went the extra mile. We were on vacation and in a bind, and he ended up helping us out. I could text him, and he was always present for the intake of my vehicle.

I bough the car on July fifth and now is September ninth and I still didn’t receive my car plate, I asked about plates first time he didn’t answer me, when I asked second time when my temporary plate was not working anymore, he said that i need a 30 day extension but I already waited 45 days, on september ninth I called the dealer centre and they said that they don’t have any notes about my plates and they don’t know if my plates was ordered , the people who was responsible for this loan was Nick, if you want to buy something from here, don’t work with Nick

I visited the parts department and was very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that helped me out was quick and courteous. He was able to answer my questions and get me the replacement key fob in quick fashion. I do wish he would have checked the battery in the fob as it needed replacing also and I didn't realize it until I left. I probably could have picked up a more cheaply priced key fob online but the quality of service was great.

Went to Lou Sobh Honda because there was an issue with my Van battery that I bought at Lou Sobh Honda few years ago. I told them that I was in a rush. I was told to wait for 15 minutes for them to change the battery. Waited for 45 minutes but no one spoke to me. When I asked the status, I was told that I had to pay additional amount, and they didn't even start working on vehicle.
Neither the customer service agent nor the customer service manager were apologetic about my experience. They tried to defend themselves by saying that I came during rush hour. I was waiting for an update from them that I never got, if they're that busy, they could have asked me to come back at a later time.
I think I know why I was treated that way. I used to get all our van servicing done by them for more than 10 years, and only for the past year or so I stopped going to them. Customer Service agent was looking at tags that indicated that I was not getting my oil changes and regular servicing done at Lou Sobh Honda anymore and I felt that he started acting this way after realizing that I am not their regular customer.
I have got to say that I am pretty disappointed with today's customer service experience. Though this is the most convenient location for me, I am going to stay away from this Service Center to the best of my abilities.
I am not going to buy any vehicles from Lou Sobh Honda, and definitely not recommending Lou Sobh Honda Service Center to anyone that I know.

Very fair on both sales and service. I’d probably use them more for standard maintenance but a little out of the way for me. Regardless I would buy from them again.

Worst worst worst experience ever
I won’t suggest this place to anyone
I went to Honda service station to fix My Ac.
So one of the service Advisor and Their Ac Tech said they found some problems in the car and it will be $1270 and I said ok go ahead and fix it and they took 1 day to fix it. After they fixed it I drove car about 20 min And Ac gone bad and it won’t at all in the afternoon around 3 pm ( it was so hot outside)
I mean people spent this much money in the shop to get a Great service but this is very disappointing.
I think small Auto shop Does good service the here.

This review is for our experience with: Rashed Khan. Rashed was extremely patient and kind during the process of getting my van into the service center, through to the very end when I picked my vehicle up. He was thorough and not pushy or shady like you would imagine at a dealer. If you're going to Lou Sobh, try and get Rashed. You'll be in good hands!
