I recently purchased a new car from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, and the entire process from start to finish was fantastic! I worked with Phillip White, and he made the entire process easy and fun! I walked away in under 3 hours with a car that I absolutely love, 2025 Kia K5, and I will continue my relationship with the dealership for all of my maintenance needs. I can't recommend this dealership enough!

It's really disappointing to report that after less than two years, a certified pre-owned vehicle 2019 Kia Optima that my husband purchased here has given us nothing but issues. When attempting to get info on the warranty, faulty parts, need service, they've given us the runaround so much and refused to do the proper work needed on the car. Instead, trying to upsell us on oil changes every time we go in. Well, here we are in another state in the middle of the mountains and the car randomly breaks down. As it turns out, there are major issues with the coil, oil changes destroyed it further and clearly the service team never did their job. If I could give zero stars, I would. Get your stuff together, Lou Sobh Kia. Learn how to communicate, stop hanging up on customers, and do your damn job without trying to upsell already paying customers. Thanks.

Great experience with the oil change and tire rotation, they fixed a wheel alignment issue as well and were able to get me out the door in under an hour and a half. Great service and will definitely be bringing my car back here

Terrible service dept. and liars. Throughout over 2 + months of engine replacement and then 4 weeks to find problem with radio not working after having engine replaced. Asked for emission to be done while there. Was told twice it had been done. Asked for paperwork and told sent electronically so no need for paperwork. Called tax office and said no recent report submitted. Called service manager only to be told miscommunication, never done. Would never have car serviced there again.

I’ve never written a review before but I definitely had to shoutout Greg at Lou Sobh! From my first call with him, asking if the car was still available to test drive to taking the car home, he was so beyond kind and helpful! He went over all the specs on the vehicle and made sure all our questions were answered! I greatly appreciate his help finding such an amazing car and as well as a wonderful conversation!

Buying a car - it’s generally something not many of want to do. However, working with Kahlil was by far the best experience. When you have an employee such as her who’s more worried about you & your experience rather than a sale, it’s a joy. She not only hears you, she actually listens. No pressure to buy & she takes the time to ensure you leave with what you need. I’ve worked with other KIA dealerships & will definitely work with her again. If you ever had a bad experience, give her a chance, I promise you won’t regret it. She’s definitely 5 out of 5 stars

I use to love this place! This place use to give amazing service! But then we met Justin Britt! One of the worst Service Mangers we have encountered. My question is for Mike Sobn - what goes into the customer training processes?

My wife took her truck in to get a recall fixed! As she was leaving she took notice that her driver side mirror was no longer working. She brought to the attention to the team & their response was “You just want the dealership to fix something that was already broken” - wowww - is that how you treat your loyal customers Justin? The mirror was working before we took it in - & no we were not accusing the dealership of anything - we trying to find solutions. Justin you could of even showed us customer stories or data that showed the Kia Tullride mirrors going out & that this is indeed a common problem - but instead you chose to be rude, demeaning, & disrespectful! Mike Sobh, Kurt Englemann, Jeff Lefkowitz, is this the behavior you all teach at your dealership? No, I am not looking for you all to fix something for free - I know there are many variables at stake - but what we will not tolerate is the disrespect of your customers! It’s a sad day because we use to love coming here & was in the market for a new SUV - but not from here! Please treat your customers with respect & please do better!!!

Fast friendly and professional service!!Our salesman William C (Zoro) as wonderful. He let us take our time making a decision and never felt any pressure. He was very thorough in his explanation of all the options etc. Financing was great too, easy to navigate.

I don’t usually write reviews for car dealerships, but my experience with Alexis at Sales department was exceptional and worth sharing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off in my new Telluride, Alexis made the entire process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Her expertise and knowledge of the car were evident, and she handled everything with such efficiency that it was truly a breeze.
There was a slight technical issue that came up after purchase, but Alexis’s continued support and dedication to resolving it made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out quickly and that I was fully satisfied even days after sales was done. This was by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a Kia soul from here . I have given my car for back glass replacement , initially they given 2 days ETA but now they are pushing to 4th day . They will ask external vendor and they don’t have ETA . This is not a good place for repair and service .

I purchased a new 2025 Kia carnival from Carriage Kia of Woodstock on July 10, 2024. I encountered that the Vehicle was not starting on July 23 and requested roadside assistance to jump. They could not keep the vehicle on after jumping, so they had to tow it to Lou Sobh Kia. The vehicle was driven 495 miles at this time. After 2 days Lou Sobh's service manager got back with an estimate of $8028.46 They said someone reverse-jumped the vehicle and burnt the alternator, Wiring harness and ECU. They kept the vehicle with them for more than 18 days and said that I needed to pay the above price to get the vehicle fixed. Eventually, I contacted Carriage Kia and they towed the vehicle back to Woodstock and they fixed it within 6 days without any charge to me. They only had to replace the fuse to fix the vehicle. I was extremely stressed at that time as I was left without my primary vehicle and had to uber, rent a car or Taxi around for day-to-day things. They were essentially trying to charge me more than $8000 for fixing something that was not broken. BE AWARE
