Took my car for some recalls and mentioned that the head rest in the back seat was stuck. The employee told me that it was on backwards and that they would have to take the seat completely apart and it would be $300. Declined and when I got home I googled it. Found out how to do it without taking the seat apart and fixed the issue in less than two minutes. What kind of customer service charges that much money tor something that can be fixed with a simple google search.

2 stars only for few staff that were nice. but dropping off a car at 7:30am and get no updates at all until the following end of the next day is bad customer service. also, we had to call to inquire each time. wouldnt come back.

We brought our Business vehicle a 2019 Kia Soul in for oil change, tire rotation, and a modification to the key’s ignition etc. It turns out that cars like the Soul which has a keyed ignition are being stolen by kids as a Tic Toc dare. It’s doesn’t cost anything as it was part of our warranty.

Spent three straight days and car still not fixed. Front desk guy I worked with was great and relayed what they said in the back but they missed both issues I asked about and had to go back in 2 straight days and am still waiting to get the second issue of my car engine shutting off when stopped at lights (see pic) Car only has 20k miles on it and I have the extended warranty (waste of money). I was supposed to have a loaner today. No one called to talk to me or let me know, I had to call them. Now they are saying it will be a few more days until they have one in. I am guessing they gave it to someone else. Insane that I have to drive on a car with 20k miles where the engine shuts off and I have to restart it. Would not buy another Kia, would not buy it here, and if you have a KIA take it somewhere else.

Haven't even made my third payment on a used car I bought from there, a 2016 Kia Optima, is now parked at my apartment with a broken strut with no recourse to get it fixed from them. No offer of a discount to fix it, just basically you're S. O. L.

Waiting for my THIRD recall maintenance in 8 months on my 2023 Kia sportage and I have been listening to this LOUD belligerent foul-mouthed employee first chew out another employee and then curse nonstop about her manager. I don't even want to be here on my day off (and Birthday) but to have to be subjected to this unprofessional garbage for a straight half hour almost 45 minutes is insane! Your sales people are a direct reflection of your business...time to take out the trash!

I recently bought a set of tires from Lou Sobh Kia, Cummings, GA location and it was a bad experience. The service tech left the glue where he installed the tires on each of them, but more so the right back tire to include the rim. The tech took the stem covers off the tires and did not put them back on; when I brought the matter to the services tech's attention, he stated that we had no covers on the tires. Really!? You mean I don't know what I had on my car before bringing it to your company? When I complained to the service manager about the glue (because it was so bad on the right back tire that the rim looked damaged), his name was Phil (I don't know if he provided his true name) and said that I would be returning to the service center to discuss my tire, he was conveniently not available. I was told that he had "stepped away from his desk" even though I told him that I was on my way back to the service department. The service tech "washed the tires off" (i.e., ran water on each tire without scrubbing), but some of the glue still remained. Normally, after I have my car serviced at this location, I would receive a follow-up call to see how things went...guess what? No follow-up call this time. Was that because I complained? I don't plan to use them in the future. Spending over $1,000 for merchandise should come with people who respect and value you as a customer. This location apparently doesn't find these attributes worth their time, so I don't feel that they are worth my money. I suggest that you take your business some where else.

I haven't purchased a car from this Kia dealership. I went to this Kia dealership to purchase a 2022 kia sorrento. This Kia dealership is full of so many people that are foaming at the mout to make money off of you through any means possible it makes me sick. It makes me sick thinking about all the people they mistreat.

I am Hyundai customer for two decades. Am terribly disappointed with this dealership. 1. Sales rep stood me up! Mr. Chris Erickson & I had agreed that I will visit over the next 3 days. Messaged him and went to the dealer, but was told he was on vacation ! 2. A primary Presales criteria was not met Before looking at the vehicle, since I was upgrading the size, I wanted to ensure the vehicle would fit in my garage-10 miles away. But, was told that I needed to sign a buyers agreement and drive the new vehicle myself, as opposed to a test drive where they could come with me. I can't buy what I cannot feel comfortable will fit 3. As I left, I looked at the sticker price, which was 9500 above MSRP for a Telluride, I realized the price was similar to a Land Rover Discovery! Grow up Kia! It's better to buy a Range Rover than a Kia with this extortion of 9500 above MSRP! Good Bye Kia - May God Bless your brand with customer and value sense. OR call yourselves a Luxury brand.

Asked for an oil change and full inpsection before a 2.5k mile road trip. Left the service area with a wiggle to the wheel. 4 plus hours into our road trip and the wiggle was noticeably worse. Pull over to find 4 out of 5 lug nuts on my driver side front tire, were not torqued down and half way up the threads. Put my family at huge risk driving at highway speeds. Check your tires lug nuts when you leave, here or anwhere else for that matter!

Extremely dissapointed with the dealer. It seems like they are taking advantage of people with ridiculous $5k to $10k markups with crazy fees. Supply for new cars has become streamlined and they seem to only markup EVs and not other cars. Its extremly sad to see. Not only this they gave me $6k below my current car value (Kelly Blue Book). I would never buy a KIA again. You are better off buying from any other dealership. Hope to see some better leadership in KIA in future.

Horrible service! We spent 6 hours waiting for a repair on a running light issue. It just began staying on. It took 3 hours for the tech to try checking/changing the bulb, only to learn this was not the issue. 3 hours later they blamed a trailer hitch that has been on the vehicle for two years without any problems. These folks do not seem to have any expertise in the electrical system, charging $165 to "diagnose". What a joke. Of course, there is NO consideration for the time wasted on our behalf.

So my review is purely based on the customer service I received from inquiring about a Kia ev6 GT line. This dealership messaged me about my inquiry. Nick Grieme to be exact. When telling him what I wanted to purchase. He proceeded to tell me that the car is over asking price of 9995. Okay well thanks for trying to sale me and the great customer service. Also I let him know that I would decline because I had a better offer. This is his response. Very rude, and the MSRP price is 52,000 for this vehicle. Because of the high demand dealership feel as though that can up sale. But I have actually found this car as low as 52,000 in other states. Oh yea we were paying cash so he most definitely missed out on a sale. I currently have the Kia niro ev and I was looking for something a bit more sexy. And I think the Kia ev6 is just that.
