Food was hot and fresh. Drive thru cashier was nice. Came in to store to pick up my order and the girl that handed me my food should not be working with people or anywhere near people. The rudest person I've ever encountered to date. Her name was not on the register receipt. I know I'm just one customer and your not losing much money but keep her around and they're will be more customers like me leaving.

Called to place pick up order since my lunch break was coming up. Called 3 times answered on the third time and refused to take my order over the phone said I had to come in and place it and wait. Which is ridiculous because it would have taken less time to take my order then there excuse of why they wouldn't.

I initially had a poor customer service experience at this location, however I received a call from the General Manager who sincerely was interested in getting further information about the incident, to address it for future reference. I appreciated that.

Certain members of the staff are exceedingly difficult to work with. Obstinate and absurd, it is a chore dealing with them. I have frequently chosen to go elsewhere rather than put up with it.

Just came here to pickup an order right now and they are not taking any drive through window orders. Missed out on 2 other customers. I went in and told them . The young lady at the counter showed zero cares and said nothing to me (she shrugged her shoulders).

Been in there twice in 2 weeks for lunch ..... never any pizzas available alway quoted 20 minutes by girl behind counter. This place used to be great... and quick in and out for lunch. It's 1250pm on10/5/23 no lunch combos or pepperoni pizzas

Tim and Shania are amazing! My fiancé and I go there often and Shania is the one who always serves our food and is the sweetest person. She loves our pup and knows our order before we even pull up. Tim has cleaned up this store amazingly and makes us want to continue coming back.

My mother came here last night to get pizza and garlic sticks with marinara sauce. The lady that checked her out was slow and did not understand anything she said. Mind you, my mother know English and you could understand what she is saying. This slow lady decided to charge my mom TWO PIZZAS AND 3 MARINARA SAUCES WHEN SHE ONLY WANTED ONE CLASSIC REGULAR PEPPERONI PIZZA AND ONE MARINARA. if you think your customers are not that fluent in English. Don’t try to up charge them. I’m furious in this situation because how could you do that? My mother also stated this lady was mad and so impatient! Next time you see me, you won’t have a good time!
