Exceptional Service and Effortless Experience at the Lice Clinic!Terry's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment we booked the appointment. He was exceptionally communicative and empathetic to our situation. He was even able to get us in earlier than what we had originally anticipated. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. His humility and dedication to his craft were truly impressive. We were truly blown away.From the moment we walked in, Dacy greeted us with a warm smile and made us immediately feel comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain their procedures and answer all of our questions. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her clients well-being and wanted to ensure a positive experience for everyone. She was outstanding in her work. She was gentle, thorough, and made the entire process effortless. Dacy's expertise in this field was apparent, and she made us feel at ease throughout the screening process. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart.I cannot recommend Terry and Dacy at the Lice Clinic enough. Daisy was absolutely phenomenal! She was extremely informative, very hospitable, and relieved so my anxiety for me as a parent! I would definitely recommend any parent to go to her for any lice issues. She is truly amazing!! Great human being!!!

Worst service ever, don’t ever go here.. all lies.. and now they’re threatening that we get arrested when we ask for why the treatment didn’t work.. please stay away from this…

THEY ARE A LIFESAVER!!!! Brooke was amazing and helped ease my fears about our first lice experience. She was so great with my daughter and checked my head for free since I’m a teacher. The facility is so clean and Brooke was very knowledgeable. We left lice free, with peace of mind, and a lot of information!! Also, having availability for weekend appointments saved us!Side note: I had tried to do an at home treatment and had not gotten all the oil out of my daughter’s hair before going yesterday….make sure all oil is out before going to your appointment. Blue dawn was suggested by Brooke and it worked like a charm.Thanks Brooke!!!!

I was able to get an appointment same day and Dacy is awesome! She made the experience of having lice for my daughter not scary. Highly recommend seeing her if you are ever in an unfortunate situation with lice.

I can't thank Dacy and her team enough for putting our fears at ease. I was super relieved to get confirmation that all my diligence at home paid off and me and my girls were lice free, but should we get lice in the future I will call them immediately!

OMG - Get rid of all your stress and come here!!!! The treatment was fast, painless and efficient! All my worries have been washed away. I was working way too hard to get rid of the lice in our home, and the process is actually so much simpler than that! They will educate you on what needs to be done to make sure the lice stay gone. We also signed up for the $10 a month subscription which pays for 1 lice check a month and 2 treatments a year - if needed. I feel so much better after leaving here. Thank you so much!!

DACY IS AMAZING! I was fed up having to comb out nits and dealing with lice off and on over the last year with three children and never quite knowing how well I did. I was constantly worried that I missed something or I didn’t clean properly etc. I found this clinic and requested an appointment for ASAP on a Saturday. Dacy was able to accommodate. She was very clam and caring and professional. She definitely calmed me down and put my fears and worries to rest. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. My children were so relaxed and even wanted to take the device home just to use for fun! We all left with new, helpful knowledge and peace of mind and completely lice free! This is a true one and done treatment! I absolutely recommend this clinic and their treatments to anyone one else losing sleep over these pesky little bugs!

Well let me first say Dacey is awesome!!! I was raised in a mix household and was under the impression curly textured hair doesn't get lice..FALSE!! I realized my youngest contracted lice and I freaked out not knowing what to do! I read the reviews and saw another family of color/textured hair had treatment here and Dacey was referred. I was able to make an appointment easily with no problem. Dacey made my daughter so comfortable and knew how to handle/ rules of textured curls without damage and painless combing through the curls! The process was quick, painless, and effortless. She also examined me and found out I had it too!! She's an expert in this field. So so very thankful we came here and had Dacey treat us! We walked out lice free and at peace finally! People with textured hair don't believe the myth we don't/ can't get lice that's a lie!!! Dacey has a wonderful personality she educates you about the process, home care, preventive maintenance, and lice. I hope we don't ever get lice again however if we do I know where to go.Thank you Dacey!!!!!!

I went in to be checked because my wife had lice. The office is so clean, in a great location, and Dacy gives you a sense of calamity. I didn't know what to expect however she explained everything and educated me. I didn't have it but the check was quick and easy.

No one wants to go here but we had lice & needed help. Got schedule the next day (a holiday), service was prompt, super informative and more than that - Dasy put me & my kids at ease from the very beginning. Very sociable & kind, she went out of her way to normalize the issue & give positive, helpful support. I highly recommend this facility if you find yourself having lice.

Stacey was amazing with my family; knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind, and thorough. Being Black and not knowing ANY other person of African descent having lice I was mortified! Honestly, I was wondering if the technicians would even have experience with our hair texture. The nurse at my daughter’s pediatrician, who is also Black, asked me how this happened because “we don’t typically get lice”. Well, I was pleasantly surprised because Stacey took amazing care of us!I worked very hard for two months to eliminate the problem. I needed to be certain it was taken care of for good so I scheduled an appointment with LCA. She was gentle (no tears…not even a wince!) and used a special detangling spray which caused the tightly packed nit comb to move effortlessly through our hair.Stacey was also very honest about what we needed and what we didn’t need; even though what I wanted to pay for would have added to the cost she advised against anything we didn’t actually need. If you are having any live problems DO NOT hesitate to schedule here! Best experience you could possibly hope for.In the most complimentary way possible, I hope we never have to see Stacey there again (NO MORE LICE!) but I will tell any and everyone who I run across that is dealing with this frustrating situation, in the Atlanta area, to RUN to the Lice Clinics of America Forsyth or Gwinnett locations and ASK FOR STACEY! Especially if you’re hair has tight curls (or any textured curls) she is your go to!Thanks so much, Stacey!

I cannot recommend this location enough. April is so incredibly kind, nurturing with my children, and so reassuring and comforting throughout the process. My children felt so comfortable and the peace of mind I feel being here and receiving the treatment is worth every penny. So thankful they are here!!
