Lanier tires has changed, they’ll send you somewhere else to handle things they would do cause it needs doing. Also not impressed with not taking appointments, if you’re gonna send us somewhere else, at the very least keep us in your line, it’s not our fault you made policy changes that forced us to go elsewhere first

We took our 2016 class c motorhome in for a front end, steering problem. It drove like an old dump truck. After a front end alignment and balance it drives and steers like a new one.Thank you for a quick and fair priced repair.

Overpriced. I had a leak in one of my tires, was charged $37 to fix it. That seems exorbitant. I will go with one of the more well known franchises next time.

Over torqued my wheels. 2018 hellcat and it’s supposed to be at 111lb. I put my own torque wrench and set it to 150 and it clicked. Set it to 175 and it clicked. It broke my wrench trying to take it off. How many other cars are they over torquing with the air gun? Definitely not coming back for any services for tires. I’m just finding out about this cause I have a new set of wheels to put on and can’t even take the wheel off.

Don't go to this please couse I brought my 2012 ford f150 to get it new tires and left my cash check thinking nothing about it with $1900 in all hundreds. When I recounted the money $1500 was left and for some reason they had exchanged one of the hundreds for 5 20s. I went in to ask about it all they could say is that no one would ever steal it not even checking offering to show or check the cameras or ask their employees.

This place is great. I get all my vehicles tires brakes and service here. All my trailers are serviced here aswell. Tim and the other guys are real good guys and i appreciate them big time. I dont know about the other locations but this one is the only one i go to for my vehicles

I had an excellent experience at Lanier Tire & Wheel. Finding tires for an older Jeep with 15" wheels isn't as easy as it used to be, but they had exactly what I was looking for at a very good price.Definitely recommend!

This place is a joke it took 6 hours to patch my tire I still hadn't left the establishment when the tire went down again They never fixed my tire they only charged me 37 to put air If you don't want to waste your time and money, don't go to this place.
