I used to be a customer of Lances. I took my watch in there to have it repaired. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money to install a battery and said it would take a week. I went somewhere else and they did it for half the cost while I waited.My wife was also treated similarly on a separate occasion.The people there are arrogant and rude.

I absolutely love Lance’s Jewelry!! I love the jewelry there which is always good quality. I have come there a few times to look at jewelry but also to get my ears pierced. I have two piercings and they are set perfectly. They always do such a good job. The employees there are so kind and pleasant to be around. I hope to come back and get another piercing soon. I dont trust anyone else. Their tools are always so clean and wiped down with antiseptic wipes before use. Come to this place if you want an actual good piecing job!!!

Lance and Mandy helped walk me through getting my wife some rings with our kids birth stones. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering the wrong stones for one of the rings and they helped me correct the issue with ease. I even got a cool flag from them. 10/10 would recommend.

In December of 2022 my wife and I dropped off her Tacori engagement ring to Lance's Jewelry to be resized. We felt comfortable doing so because we have had good prior experiences there. After a couple of weeks had passed we were informed the ring was ready. My wife stopped by to pick it up only to find that it had been melted near the side of the diamond. She was mortified that her ring that was dropped off in perfect condition was now crooked and missing filigree decorations. She let them know about it and they asked for a chance to fix it. She allowed them to do so. The repair attempt was not satisfactory.We then took the ring to an authorized Tacori dealer for an estimate of repair. They sent the ring off to Tacori for review. We were told that the only way to fix it was for them to remold the ring. To do so they would make use of the material of the damaged ring. We shared the estimate with Lance. He asked for another opportunity to fix the ring as he had not been available himself in our previous visits. We allowed him to make the attempt. After a couple of attempts it was clear to us and Lance that the repairs were not sufficient to return the ring to an original state.Lance admitted that his staff had made a mistake accepting a Tacori ring for repair and that the person working on the ring should have never done so. He agreed to pay for the repair by Tacori and requested an updated quote. We did so and provided the quote to Lance. There were several text messages to follow where Lance said he would pay for the repair, but he needed more time to put the funds together. We have continued to attempt communication with Lance, but now he ignores us.My wife has not worn her engagement ring since it was damaged. More than enough time has passed. Lance needs to be a man of his word and pay for the repair right away! What is holding this up other than lack of customer care???

Love this jewelry store. They have all kinds of beautiful designs that you can pick. I have been going there for over 10 years. I am happy with everything I purchased so far so highly recommended. I love the family owned business!! :-)

I’m not happy with Lance Jewlers… their UNPROFESSIONAL team and BAD WORK are unacceptable and ruined my watch and my brothers wedding! I took a new watch (still in box) to get links off. The people working were just standing around and said I could come back for it same day. An hour later I come back and they say they can’t find the watch! I wait a nervous 15 minutes for it just to get the watch without the box! They said it was gone! Unbelievable, but allowable as I wanted to get to my brothers wedding. While there i found they took off the INCORRECT amount of links making to TOO LARGE. They one of the links FELL OFF because they didn’t set one of the pins. Scratched my watch and ruined my time n Never go here!

I have used Lance's Jewelry for several jewelry repairs and diamond replacements. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and the repair technicians do a Great job! I will use them for all my Jewelry needs.

What stinks about the other reviews is, it seems they aren’t taking responsibility for their lack of communication to Lance himself.This IS a small shop. Repairs are done in house by ONE person. It WILL take time, but it will be done right.If it’s not right, talk to Lance. I had a pair of pearl earrings have an accident. The repair wasn’t working as expected, so Lance designed a way for the pearl earrings to stay as intended. The finished product was much prettier than the original, and the integrity of the earrings are much more durable than before!Communicate clearly what you want, be realistic with turnaround time on repairs and you won’t take your jewelry anywhere else.Also, be kind! I witnessed 2 customers who weren’t nice to the staff due to the customers lack of understanding and communication.

Lance runs a first rate jewelry store. I’ve had a number of rings sized perfectly , many watch batteries replaced plus a few batteries replaced on watches while I waited. The staff here is fabulous and friendly and knowledgable. The selection of jewelry is wonderful. I bought the most beautiful estate ring here and the price was so reasonable! The quality of the jewelry here is outstanding and the prices are the best. I’ve shopped around and have finally found my jeweler. This place is a gem. Mandy in sales is friendly and helpful. Lance is caring and honest . You can trust these folks. This shop ROCKS! ……….no pun intended.

OMG, I cannot recommend Lance's Jewelry enough. I took in some old diamond earrings, wanting to use the diamonds for a new ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I came to them for some guidance. After meeting with them once, I immediately felt comfortable with them creating the ring. What Lance created is nothing short of amazing. I am so thrilled with how it turned out. Very professional, yet personable, honest, and fairly priced.

Lance and the employees at the store went out of their way to help me get my watch fixed. It had an issue when it came back from being serviced and Lance personally helped facilitate it coming back totally fixed. We have used them for several years and the staff are all about customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy.

I brought my wedding band in to get it fixed because it broke apart. I left it with them for a week. I came back got my wedding band to I tried to adjust it myself so I could fit my engagement ring in the middle of it. The lady told me not to do that, so I stopped, and I handed it back to her. she then told me that they need to redo my wedding band to fit the other ring in the middle, so she broke it apart right in front of me. So, I gave her my engagement ring and left it there for another week. A few days passed so I called to check on my ring. she went to go look for it so they put me on "hold" (hold meaning they just leave the phone on the counter so you could hear EVERYTHING that people are saying in the background). So, the lady went to go talk to Lance. They guy started yelling and said that I broke my band (I did not) the lady said that I was still on the phone, and I could hear him, but he didn't care. I told her that I heard him, and I wish to speak to him. So, I explained to him what happened, and he asked me to talk to him when I come to pick up both my rings. A week later (2 weeks my rings have been in the Jewler) to pick up my rings. Came in told them I'm here for my rings and Lance was at his desk. I looked at him and asked if he still wanted to talk to me, he agreed, and I explained. his response was "I'm sorry I'm only human" (you're the owner you should have been more professional) I got to my car and looked at my rings again and NOW a jewel is missing out of my engagement ring!! went back in and told them that there is a missing peace out of my engagement ring. I gave my engagement ring back to them and waited for another week (week 3 my rings were in there) finally got my rings back with no apology or anything. so, to say I'd rather go spend 200+ to get my ring done and do business with someone more professional than go to this place again.

We’ve always had great experiences here! This week I totally jacked up my wedding ring set when I slammed my hand in a doorway. I mean it was completely bent and misshapen, and had some hairline cracks. Well to my utter surprise, Lance had it beautifully repaired and looking like new in just two days! Quality workmanship and excellent customer service!
