This place is so understaffed and overwhelmed! The staff are very friendly under the circumstances. Please hire more people as the people that work there are overworked!?

Reading the previous ratings, I was not looking forward to going there. Luckily I can share a completely different opinion. I went there on a Tuesday around 11:45 am. The staff was extremely nice and I didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes (without an appointment).

So happy I came in today with my 9 year old son experience was great for him and I had a walk in because bloodwork had to be done at 8am and it was urgent . The manager took charged and helped get it done. I appreciate this because the experience in Quest wasn't good for my son.
