I called the store and was greeted like I was a tellemarker with a short and curt "hello?" After waiting in silence for about 30 seconds awkwardly trying to check to make sure I had called the right number, after he said hello I asked if this was the repair shop and he helpfully responded with a simple "yes" and then went back to silence, so without being prompted or asked what I might need I explained at this point I was calling around for quotes on a service, I needed an egr cleaning, he informed me he wasn't sure what the quote would be after some unhelpful telling me the store "hadnt done much of those" and asked me what toyota quoted me. Literally had someone confused about a service you can provide and instead of asking or consulting or doing anything else I was treated the same way a 16 year old with no serious respect for there job would act except it wasn't by a privileged teen it was by a man who sounded well my senior but had the business conversation skill of a child with zero problem solving or anything that made me feel like a person who was being even slightly considered.
