I dropped off a 3 piece suit to be cleaned then a week later I dropped off a second 3 piece suit. a few days later I was putting on the first suit and my top button was missing so I check my other suit and it was missing the bottom button. I took the suits back to them ones still in the dry cleaning wrapper and the lady told me that they didn't lose the buttons and I must have done it. She then tells me that they didn't clean those suit because she had my account down as tuxes which means she was over charging me. When I told her that I don't own a tux and these are the suits they did she didn't want to fix them because she didn't have any buttons and would have to buy some even though she had a large storage container full of them on the counter. She also mentioned that it was not possible for them to damage a suit jackets buttons. She finally agreed to fix them so I left the jackets and a shirt and when I returned to pick them up she tried to charge me $16.00 for the repair which I refused to pay for a repair that was caused by them. Annoyed by the circumstance I left and checked the jackets when I got home and One button was about an inch to high and the other was about 2 inches to low to where I couldn't even button both buttons. Need less to say I will not be returning and wound not recommend this cleaners to anyone.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning

The lady is always there and speaks very little english, but she subtly bows if you pay attention. Always does an amazing job on my family's clothes. We've used them for 4 years+ with ZERO issues. I have never noticed any of the issues others are complaining about. If you aren't getting what you want, do like I do, take my business elsewhere.

Okay, so the lady behind the counter is not Miss Congeniality. However, I brought some shirts in for laundry. She caught that the shirts had a little bit of spandex and could be damaged. She made sure it was cleaned properly. That was four years ago and I have used them ever since.Service: Alterations

THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SUIT BACK for a wedding! Very careless...and when My husband went to get the suit back they were RUDE and insisted it was the right suit… Horrible rude people with terrible service. Avoid it.Update: went to the cleaners in person to look for the suit. They were extremely rude, didn’t want to look for it, so she told us we could look ourselves and I ended up going through all their clothes. The guy there laughed at us like we were crazy and they stood there watching and didn’t help. They never apologized at all. Once we decided to give up, I went to throw away my ticket (pointless at this point) and the lady grabbed my hand and twisted it trying to take the ticket out of it, she scratched me. I’m shocked that someone would be physical like that, especially when they are the ones in the wrong. I almost called the cops.Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Lost an expensive suit and ruined a wedding.This place should be closed down.

Sin duda se lo dieron a otra persona.. El punto es que no les importa.No lo recomiendo a nadie.

I will never use this business again! If Google had no stars that is what they would get. And Do Not Use for Alterations! I agree with Katie M. review. A Woman in there did not speak at all when I returned poorly hemmed pants taken there for my elderly mother. Not hemmed to proper inseam length (luckily longer) and they were stretched at bottom. She did not apologize and rudely handled the new clothing. Threw it in a bin after I asked for refund the third time. I yelled at her to give my pants back. Finally she gave the refund. & I got my Mom's new pants back to take elsewhere.Service: Alterations
