Such a lovely store!! Even though I was making a small return, the woman at the counter treated me with respect and kindness!! Unlike Talbots next door, which never greets me. I will be a customer always!! Fine quality clothing, easy shopping experience ♥️

I went into J.Jill Friday, September 6, 2019 in Cumming, GA because I had some returns. When I walked in, the associate, Linda, made a comment under her breathe to another associate and also in front of another customer and said, "There's that lady..." referring to me because I came in with returns. I heard her and spoke up and said, "Yes, it is that lady." She ignored me and went to the back and then later came back out to the register and very annoyingly said, "Let's clear this counter" so she would have enough room to do my returns. And then sarcastically said, "Can I just do it all on one return instead of 25??" Well, first of all, I did not have 25 returns. And because I live an hour and a half away, I have to bring in what doesn't work when I get the opportunity to come. I have never been treated so rudely in any store in my life. If this associate is annoyed with customers having returns, then she is in the wrong business. She needs to realize that without customers, she wouldn't have a job! I would not want her working for my business or representing J.Jill in anyway. What she said to me and how she treated me was rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I felt belittled, unappreciated, and like a burden. I will never go in this store again.

Why is it so hard to provide good customer service?? Came in with my Mom today. She is an XS petite and finding her size is difficult. We were set to purchase several items and order 4 more with them online. I was told to wait by the computer and they would ring up everyone in the store first. We waited while 4 or so customers were rung up before just leaving. There were PLENTY of associates in that store who could have helped. Using the excuse that the computer program is new and too hard to use is not an excuse. You lost a very faithful customer today. Shame on you!!!
