If you need to rent a dumpster this is the place to do it. They are very reasonably priced. They show up when they say they are going to. So easy to work with this company. I was in a bind and JH Frix n Son definitely helped me out. My wife and I highly recommended

We had a great experience renting a dumpster from Frix & Son. The dumpster arrived on said date and was dropped exactly where we wanted it on the driveway, leaving plenty of room for getting our cars in and out. Debbie in the office was very helpful in determining the size dumpster we needed. The price was good and the allowance for initial weight of the load was far more than competitors I called. A bonus was that the price is for a two week rental. I would recommend this business - it’s a new found freedom to get rid of unwanted junk!

We used JH Frix & Sons a few years ago and had a wonderful experience from the person that answered the phone to the drivers. I was just looking them up to call again for an upcoming project and was shocked at some of the negative reviews. They were helpful, friendly and by far the best price around. They delivered on time and showed us how the doors worked, they picked it up when they said they would so unless they have come under new management, which is unlikely since it is family owned, I can't imagine these reviews being about the same company I dealt with. I will find out when I call Monday morning but I am expecting the same great service and great prices we got last time. I will definitely update once I do.

The one star is because it won't allow you to leave less.The inconsideration of people's time and property is unbelievable. I had a scheduled time of 12pm-4pm and they not only showed up at 0717am, THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE, even after office confirmed they will be back between 12pm-4pm. The driver was upset when I told him "No, he would be back per office", and proceeded finding another person in home who "moved their car" and then executively decided he was leaving the dumpster anyway. In my opinion, once I have asked you to leave, you are trespassing. The owner (ME) was ignored and they did what they wanted anyway and would not come back to remove my obstruction. NO apology either. Just walk away before starting. Call someone else.

Please be careful when using this company. They do not show up on scheduled time and do not care to resolve any issues. Issue was met with "sorry, nothing we can do about it now". They do not care about the job after delivery, and maybe not before.

Very poor experience with this organization, which is disappointing because it was a referral from my contractor, who is wonderful. Administrative staff is incredibly rude, non-forthcoming about their policies/schedules, and actually hung up the phone on me when I pushed back on some of the things I was being told. In the whole conversation, there was no ownership of things they could have done better, offer to work with my needs, or flexibility in any way-- until they needed it. There are better options in the market with far better customer service. That said, I would give five stars to their delivery driver- very polite and professional.

Rented a dumpster for cleaning out my house for a spring cleaning / pre-move clean back in February. Staff was super nice and responsive. Driver who dropped off showed us how to use the doors of the dumpster. No damage was done to the driveway or the grass surrounding. Our driveway is pretty steep -- they had no issues getting a large roll off to the top or unloading.Pick up was smooth. Driver came when the company said he would and picked up the dumpster, also with no damage to our driveway.I plan on using them again soon.

Only 1 star because they delivered the next day. Showed up and checked out where the dumpster was going. I was told no problem getting it in and out. Paid with a check to the driver. After I was finished I asked to have it removed. Then I saw the damage to the grass. Rather than pulling the dumpster out toward my house away from the rise/hill, they pulled it out the other way on a slight rise/hill. The results were damaged grass/12" ruts and you could see where the driver was turning the front wheels to make the cut without the truck moving. When I called was told the driver had to get a chain and additional help to remove the dumpster. No "sorry" or "we'll make it right". I asked for someone in charge to call me back. All I received was a picture of the invoice that stated "not responsible for property damage". I would have been satisfied with some grass seed/wheat straw, or anything. Also, the woman on the phone was combative and rude that I even brought up the damage. I ended up having to repair the spots myself and pay for both. They have no regard for customer service or any responsibility.

Never had such a disappointing experience in my life. Called looking to rent a dumpster after many people recommended them. Apparently, you should be an expert on dumpsters because the woman answering the phone will laugh in your face and tell she can’t tell you what size to order. If you want some guidance and help with figuring out what you need this is NOT the place to call. They arrogant and extremely rude to customers.

They delivered a dumpster with next day service. The driver was very polite and backed up a very tricky area without issue.
