I wanted to like this place. I have been here twice and both times have been mixed. Pedicures are good, but if you’re looking for a manicure and not some type of nail art/extensions this is not the place for you. I went in the weekend before July 4 and initially all I wanted was a basic manicure. Since I was going to the beach I let them talk me into builder gel. The manicure itself was really bad. I had to ask Jona twice to tend to my cuticles. The day after, I had to come back because a corner on one of my thumbs was lifting and chipped. The owner fixed it. She’s a gem, a great lady and incredibly talented with her nail art. Two weeks passed and I went to have the builder gel removed as my nails grow extremely fast and it looked bad. I could tell they weren’t excited that I was asking for them to be removed and have a basic manicure done. Jona was my nail tech again. She filed the builder gel off so much that my nail beds are trashed and are still sore at the tips. When she did the manicure, it was awful. Didn’t do well on my cuticles, the shape was not good and when she started polishing it looked so bad and there were big gaps on the side. I asked her to stop with the color and just use clear. When you leave you’ll get a text asking for your review and that they will respond. They won’t, which is why I am on here. Again, the nail art looks pretty and the builder gel did last, this review is solely for basic manicures and how they could be a lot better.

The new owners, Ron & Tran, are amazing! All of the staff make sure you are comfortable, they give you pricing upfront, and they work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with services! I get my nails done here every 2 weeks. It is the best nail salon I have ever been to!
Requested style: No matter how complicated my nail art request is, they do it perfectly!
Cleanliness: Everything is sanitized and the salon is spotless!
Stylist: I have worked with almost every stylist, and I always leave with beautiful nails! The owners Ron & Tran make sure you are well taken care of. They train their stylists on new techniques and regularly instruct employees on how to enhance their skills.

Unpleasant Experience! This is was my 1st visit and last visit. They absolutely don't have value for a customer. They did a horrible job with both manicure and pedicure. It literally felt like some 10 year old did my nails. The manicure lady cut the skin outside the cuticles, it started bleeding, and she not even once apologized. Every service went wrong. Not neat finish, each nail size is different because they cut one nail and left the other. It looks so uneven, they didn't apply nail polish properly, the edges are left out. The toe nail was not cut straight, it's slighting. At the end they didn't apply cuticle oil. Everything was rushed and not taken care. Yet I tipped them given the bad service.

I have not been back to I Love Nails for a few years, and since coming back they are under new management. This place and the staff are warm and welcoming and they did a fantastic job on my mani pedi. The pricing was reasonable for the services done. The staff was kind and wonderful. They offered a discount and a gift as I left. This will definitely be my new place to get my nails done. Thank you so much for everything and for being great!

Came in today only half an hour before closing to see if we could get two pedicures. I full expected them to say they couldn't, and I would have understood, but the staff was super enthusiastic and happy to have us! Service was wonderful, and they were all so kind. Can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful work! Staff and owner are so down to earth and super sweet!!! It was my first time and I was treated like royalty . Prices are super competitive and hard to beat! They have sooo many colors and can do the most intricate designs. I would highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for talented nail artists! Ask for Jona!!!
