Our Tax Consultant was very knowledgeable and explained us all steps thru the tax process with patience. She was also well prepared with our taxes and our in-person meeting time was effectively used.

I called this office to ask a question about my 2023 taxes. I was transferred and then disconnected. I then called back and someone named Dianne answered the phone to "what do you want"? She refused to let me speak to her supervisor stating they're away from her desk. I will not ever go this office or give them any business.
