“Just shopped at this store and bought a refrigerator from Lauren. She was great! She knew the products, and answered ALL my question, and was so helpful and nice to work with. So, thank you to Lauren. Also I wanted to buy a few small items on the way out, but my Visa credit card is lost, so the cashier at the front, didn’t get her name, but she had glasses and blonde hair, helped me step-by-step, so I could use my newly opened Lowe’s card. It’s uncommon to get this level of excellent assistance throughout a store. I had a really nice time shopping at this Lowe’s location today, and this will be my go-to for all my hardware, appliances, and even Christmas gift shopping, too!!! Thanks for making my shopping experience so pleasant and enjoyable today.”

“This particular Home Depot is the closest to my home. I was there today returning a leaf blower and wanted to purchase a more powerful blower. The HD app indicated they had qty one in stock but “See Associate”. That sometimes means the inventory system says they have one but they don’t know where it is. ? The store manager, Sarah, happened to be at the Return desk and offered to help me. Sarah was absolutely delightful and engaging. She was just a joy.”

Your hard work is noticed and I appreciate you helping our family out with purchasing. We had bought a toolbox on 5/28 and came home to unboxing it and there was a dent on the sides along the frame (yes things like this do happen) but Jeff immediately handled the situation even during closing! This Christmas Eve he selflessly helped a struggling father with last minute family preparations… as time ticked down to holiday closing and created a Christmas miracle for me. He specifically addressed my concern and went above and beyond!
