Just visited the store looking for a tool, asked for assistance twice and waited 20 minutes for no associate to assist. Guess it’s Lowe’s for me in the future.

This store has gone down hill. The daytime workers are all grumpy old people. They have no personality and are you willing to help. Are they just there for benefits…because they don’t care. That was my last visit to a Home Depot and I will go to Lowe’s. I’ll take my $10k annual spend there. Inventory is also off here to the point of it showing 20 refrigerators and literally not having one. How?

Terrible experience with Mila (@ pro sales). She always has a terrible attitude and completely ignored me at the checkout, so i went to another register; Carolyn. Carolyn was GREAT! Couldn’t say enough positive things about her!Also, the day before, i had another bad experience: Catalin was very rude at the self-checkout. Do better with your employees Home Depot!!!

Maggie in the paint department is very knowledgeable. She provided us with so many insights and shortcuts/tricks to paint ceilings and walls like a professional. Best customer service.

By far the best Home Depot I've shopped at. Caroline in Customer Service and Coleman O'Connor absolutely deserve a promotion and a substantial raise. Businesses should seek out employees such as these and take care of them. When I first signed up for a Pro X ID account the person helping me accidentally made a typo in my email which became a horrendous disaster where I could not even make a purchase online because it wanted to verify my email first which was incorrect. I have been to at least three different Home Depots and asked probably more than eight different individuals to help me with this problem and everyone gave me the same answer that I needed to call corporate because they could not help me. Caroline and Coleman actually took the time to listen to my problem with my account and in just a few minutes they were able to correct the problem now everything is groovy. I am not sure why no one else took the time to help me but if I go back to this Home Depot and Caroline and Coleman do not have a raise I will just stop shopping here altogether. Too many businesses under value their star employees and I hope management takes this seriously.
