Reserved and paid for a car. When I showed up to get it they said they didn’t have it. Their solution was for me to pay more for a different car.

Promised me a car did not deliver. I question choosing Hertz. I realized I was working with individuals that do not keep promised reservations. I do not recommend nor will I ever use this location in the future. I did not even receive a call to let me know. I called them to let them I was running late. They informed me we do not have a car for you. How inconsiderate and petty. I did however reserve a car with National Car Rental professionals. Unlike the Hertz clowns. Never again. I mean never.

Every time i come to pick a car, i have to wait for them to start cleaning / washing the car. Why can’t they have it ready when they knew the pick up time. They don’t value other's time..

Don’t book vehicle from here,they would any excuse to raise the price for you.
I book the rental service on apps,it should only charge $146 for three days. Once I went to the shop,they told me I have to pay extra $60 since I book it two days ago.

Larry was so kind and helpful! Beaver toyota set up a loaner vehicle here and it was a very smooth process. Larry made sure that I received a vehicle that was the closest to my personal vehicle so that I would be comfortable. Only downside is that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner. I would definitely return as a customer!

I reserved a car online with a guaranteed price and ended up paying $60 more than what the confirmation email promised me.

For some reason the airport customer service is so bad, when compared to outside places. On top of that, they did not allow for online check in and had to wait in line again at the counter. Why give an option of online check in when you do not want to allow after uploading all docs

Called 3 times to arrange pickup for a work vehicle. First 2 no one answered. 3 call was a salesman for another business. I think the number had been forwarded, but you draw your own conclusions. I finally called the 800 number , got a rep and they called. That call was answered. I have rented here before for work and the vehicles are fine, seems like the managing needs some work.

Worst place to rent a car. Reserved a Van for 3 weeks prior, consistently called in before hand to make sure the vehicle is still available and GET THIS, the day OF my time to get the vehicle they have allowed a family who made a reservation for the SAME VEHICLE get the vehicle before me and my family and it was literally as we were walking in and they told me FOR THE FIRST TIME that it was FIRST COME FIRST. Never again. Do not waste your time.

Absolutely the WORST car rental location! It’s ran by people who don’t care about their customers. I booked a vehicle weeks in advance. I show up and didn’t have what I booked. They tried to offer me a pos electric car. No Thanks and never again! This store needs a new management. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional.

Worst place, they always try to get more money from you. Be aware. Even if you have a reservation, it doesn’t guarantee a vehicle

Reserved car got there said we don’t have the size you reserved it will be $150 more. He was vey rude and would not help us at all.
