I had a great experience at Herbert Automotive today. I scheduled an appointment to bring in my truck for new tires on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Herbert Auto called me on Thursday to confirm that my tires were in. I arrived at 8:00 am and they were ready to start. David, their mechanic, did a great job and kept me informed of any issues that he felt like I should know. This courtesy is not often extended by other tire centers. I paid exactly what I was quoted - no upcharges or pressure to add additional services. I was very pleased with their professionalism and price. I recommend Herbert Automotive for your car needs. When something breaks, and you know it will, drop by Herbert Automotive and get a quote. If you decide to use them, I believe you will be as pleased as I am.
