Love love love this store!!
One of the female employees can't seem to get it right at the register ?
Other than that WE LOVE THE STORE, the only time they didn't have what we were there for was yesterday. (Grinder replacement wheel) Tho that doesn't mean that we didn't get other stuff not on our need now stuff.

Atlas tools are great - bought the mower, 80V trimmer, pole hedger, and two batteries - about half the price of big box brands and I can attest to the fact the quality is at least the same…bought the warranties too and still cheaper - their warranty is “a take it to the store and immediately get a new one” if it fails - have used the warranty on a woodworking tool with no issues

I come here for deals on tools or material that I need but don't want to spend much money on. My main complaint is that they don't keep as much on the shelves as I like. Multiple times I have come in to get grinder flap disc's, but they would only have one on the shelf. Just because rhe website says they have it, does not mean they do.

Could not have worse customer service if they tried. Wouldn’t exchange a $11 part that never worked within 2 weeks of my purchase. Home Depot takes care of their customers. HF could care less.

This chain has great prices on hand tools that are surprisingly good quality and will be replaced under warranty. I have several electric tools and find them to be okay, especially for homeowners use. Don't expect equal service life/performance to a name brand electric tool, but you won't pay as high of price.
