This place doesn’t disappoint! I came early around 8:30 and was out by 10:30 with synthetic oil change and rotors/pads change! The staff was so accommodating and kind and the prices were absolutely fair! Don’t forget to go online and view coupons, they honor them! Love this place

Wow. 5 hours from home on a holiday weekend and Danny from Herbert’s goes out of his way to help. Not only is it diagnosed and repaired before lunchtime, he cleaned it up after a major coolant line splattered the undercarriage too. Wonderful team and service. Highly recommend! Thanks, Danny!

I brought my 2022 Genesis G70 to Herbert, after a couple of frustrating experiences at the dealership. I was looking for a place I could trust, with good down to earth people who would treat my vehicle with the care I expect.
After a simple phone call with Herbert, they were able to change my oil same day, and I was greeted with friendly faces from the moment I arrived. They allowed me to stand outside the bay while my cars oil was being changed, and were very knowledgeable about other maintenance items that I asked question on. They are quick, accurate, and friendly and I will trust them going forward with my vehicle, versus the stealership.
