Really upset with my experience today. I went to get my hair washed and dried. It was painful the whole time. Her suggestion was to cut my hair shorter so it wouldn't tangle, which I thought was ridiculous. I don't have that issue with my hair at home or at other salons.I have tried this place many times. I kept coming back bc the staff seemed friendly. But I've had two bad haircuts and now the most painful wash/blowdry of my life. And a waste of $30. I couldn't believe she still charged me that amount after how bad of a time it was. My head is sore from all the pulling.Bummed that I had that experience today. Ruined my night.Update: 6 hours later and my scalp is still in pain and is radiating heat.. never in my life..

I walked in to check out the place and to schedule an appointment. They were able to cut my hair that same day. I found the stylist to be very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a superb job on my hair! I really liked the way she layered my hair to make it look fuller. I will definitely be going back there.

first 2 times had a great haircut from ladies who cut here. today a guy cut my hair and it was the worst hair cut of my life. when asked to shape at the end, he told my hair grew like that and he couldn't do anything. Avoid this guy.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon was well maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. Vang was my stylist and I am extremely happy with my haircut. I showed her a few pictures of the haircut I wanted and the look i was going for. She gave me excatly what I wanted!
