I came in one day as a walk in and there was only one person working and had a long wait line. So , I scheduled an appointment to come back a different day/time. When I came back for the appointment, there was different people working and said they couldnt see me . That "maybe this afternoon". Well whats the point of the appointment time? As a new customer, I found it very unprofessional and unorganized.

I came to this place only because where we normally go was full and we decided to look for another place and the truth is we were surprised, my son and my daughter were very well cared for, all the staff were super friendly and they explained to us about different procedures that could be done, even They had people as soon as we arrived, we were attended to, we didn't have to wait, I will return again and the prices are very affordable. I didn't leave an eye on this place and that for a mother of three who wants to do countless things at the same time helps a lot.

The place was a little smaller than I had expected, but the people were incredibly kind! I loved how they styled my hair and it was very affordable. I have been back twice.

Today on a whim i decided i was done having green hair. I knew it was a long shot to have a color correction service done on such short noticed, but i called up hair town just to give it a shot. They answered the phone straight away and offered me an appointment in only 15 minutes. My stylist was amazing, and made sure to explain everything to me in a professional way. For a color correction, trim, and style was only $ 120 . I made my next appointment straight away. AMAZING service i will be using them for the foreseeable future !Services: Hair coloring
