Start to finish a great experience! Kate was so helpful, coming to my home to measure and communicating next steps for the install. I really appreciate the transparency on the quote, line iteming the costs. The install team did a perfect job and bonus vacuumed and swept up on their way out. I couldn't be happier and would shop here again.

Walked into the store this weekend. Instead of welcome in we will be with you in a moment we were greeted with a scowl and why are you here stare. The grey haired lady was rude and wasn’t very helpful when we asked a questions about the sheen and how much would be needed to complete the project. You’d think with a local store and small business you’d be treated better here than they do at the big box paint departments. The gentleman mixing the paint was very nice and helpful. It’s a good thing Ace Hardware carries Benjamin Moore paint because we won’t be back. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance in the future.

Walked in. Stood for 10 mins inside store. No recognition we were walked in by associate. He was busy eating at the cash register and talking on his phone. We walked out because clearly he didn’t need my business $$

We had the two rooms downstairs and all of the rooms on the second floor carpeted. We received excellent assistance, customer service and prompt installation. The team who installed the carpets were fast, correct and professional. Excellent service, excellent product and excellent installation. I would highly recommend this store to everyone who is need of home improvements.
