Very nice staff and I usually have a good experience here, but after this round I don't think I can come back. The stylist was kind, but ignored the picture that I showed her and she cut off about a year's worth of work on my hair. I was looking for certain style that I already had (curtain bangs) that had just grown out to a point it needed to be reshaped, but she ended up cutting all the hair I wanted to keep off and blended everything. While it doesn't look bad, it isn't what I wanted and it's going to take a long time to get back to where I want.

Me and my sons have been going here for more than a year now. My 3-year-old picked up 2 lollipops and he was going to pick another. The lady just came over and removed the candy basket from there. This is not the first time we had bad experience with this lady, She is always rude, not sure if she has issue with brown color people, but we generally try and avoid her and get our hair done with other staff members. She has a scissor tattoo on her right hand.I agree to the mistake that I should not have allowed my 3-year-old to pick more than one candy. I din't want to create mess there by stopping him and then he starts crying.A 3-year-old doing a 3-year-old thing mostly is normal compared to a fully grown adult especially in hospitality business behaving the way she did.I will surely stop by with a large pack of candys this week and make sure that will be my last time stepping into this store.

I left work early to get my hair done 30 minutes before closed and they wouldn’t let me get my hair done cause the wait time was 20 minutes. That’s still before close. Maybe yall should close at 4:30 pm instead of 5. Very disappointing…

Worst experience. They have staff who dont know to haircut properly. The haircut is uneven and mis shaped. Never come here. Don't call yourself at stylists

Very worst service, poor quality and the place is super dirty! Highly recommend NOT to go there! You will fall sickThe stylists do not care what you say and will do only what they know. Basically they dont know anything!The manager is super rude lady and have an AWFUL and CHEAP attitude. They care a damn please go to a different location! these people are unprofessional. Take my advice!

The ladies were so sweet with my little man. They went above and beyond! Great experience for my 2.5 year old! They even gave him little treats like candy and a toy car! So kind!

Just went in today for a beard trim and the Asian old lady was extremely unprofessional and destroyed my beard shape. Never encountered such unprofessional hair stylist. On top of that she demanded a tip. Not a good experience and will be staying away from this great clips.
