Very poor customer service. The hair dresser Nancy was very rude. I had to leave the place after sitting in and getting ready for the hair cut. I tried to explain her what I want and very bluntly she replied I can’t do it. I can only do this and give me a number. Sorry great clips if you can’t cut hair based on what customers want, then it’s not a hair cut place. Felt like was speaking to my loan mover. Never ever again.
I am just hoping she wasn’t rude to me just because of the color of my skin.

Today I had gotten my haircut and I normally it’s well done, but today was awful, I normally get a 4 but the woman there practically gave me a buzz cut, I can feel the skin on the back of my head, she kept spraying me in the face with water and hit me hard with the razor, she barely spoke any English and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing in the slightest and was just cutting it however she wanted, and now I look ridiculous and I’m supposed to be meeting family tomorrow, I said I want a 4 on the razor, not 4 millimeters of hair, what’s even more annoying is that she almost charged me 1399 dollars for my haircut instead of 13.99, she even saw it was wrong and still tried to swipe my card to pay for it, if I ever go back there I’m gonna make sure she doesn’t ever cut my hair, my family is gonna think I look ridiculous.
