I went in a little while ago for a shave from Ashley I believe her name was.. I was disappointed that the sides where uneven and the top was so choppy I couldn't style it.

If you are a girl who wants a pixie cut do not go here. Yes I have had pixie cuts before and had one before walking in here (it was a little grown out and I only wanted it trimmed because I had just bleached it dry). I specifically told my hair person (who was Chinese I guess but I didn’t get a name) that I did not want her to use a razor and only scissors. She looks at the picture I had shown her for two seconds and starts to cut immediately. She cut a good two inches off and I only wanted a trim. She was extremely scissor happy and not even checking if it was the same on both sides. It only took her two minutes and all of a sudden she pops out a razor and buzzes off the sides of my ears and behind them. She buzzed off a good chunk on the left side of my head and is now missing hair where it is obvious. My right side is fine but it is buzzed too just not as badly. She gave me a boy hair cut didn’t even ask to look at the picture, didn’t ask if I liked it, she just took a mirror and said is the back of your head fine? She even said before starting it, that it was just a trim on the sides and she completely cut off more than that. I am now left with a lop sided cut and multiple layers in the back and no hair on the sides. Please do not go here for just “a trim”.

Kim has been wonderful for 10 plus years. Always attentive and funny!!! Cindy is excellent at hair cuts and answering the phone in a proper manner.

Walked out with bad feeling about this place. The staff was rude, needs training in customer interaction. After they made their point the haircut was well below expectations, post haircut cleanup was sloppy. Won’t be going back.

Kim has been doing my hair for quite some time. She knows what I like and never disappoints. The Lakeland Plaza store is always very neat and tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rude + Worst haircut: Absolutely unhappy because hair cut sucks and rude ( I went twice same experience ).All they care - Use two setting and trim in all directions, no scissors cuts etc. They want to complete fast.I need to pay 19.99 not 14.99 as promoted and 5$ tip.

I was there with my daughter and the lady saw her hair and she said I will not cut her hair, she has lice even though after telling her that it’s dandruff. Very rude behavior, especially with a kid. If she doesn’t know the difference between dandruff and lice, she needs to change her profession or as a human, just be decent with another human or at least try. Definitely won’t go back there, multiple times had bad experiences there, but this one will top everything.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, how can you completely butcher an 11 year old's haircut? And for his birthday at that. He was brought in by a family member. Clearly, the GA State Board of Cosmetology needs to be informed that you are lacking critical technical skills to be operating as a salon. The front of his hair has a diagonal line that sticks out like a sore thumb. Do we not measure at Great Clips now? Clippers were just run through and gapped out chunks of his hair. Don't worry, Ulta Salons will correct your mistakes. You should be completely ashamed of letting a CHILD walk out the door with a mess like that. The state board will be getting a complaint and pictures from me.
