We LOVE Granite Creations. Each time that we have worked with them, they have exceeded our expectations. They helped us with a difficult furniture piece and helped transform several rooms in our house with granite. They are so professional, kind, and punctual. I needed granite repair that the original installer wouldnt do. Great design replaced a section for me and did a great job... so i had them install laminate to my entire house. Again great job. Liked it so much, i had them redo my guest bath. Again very good results. Professional, ontime, and cleaned up. If you dont have them do your work, i feel sorry for you. Thanks francisco and your crew.

The team at Granite Creations did an excellent job with our kitchen facelift. Josefina and Julio freely gave advice on materials, design, recommended vendors, etc.When we asked, they shared quality referrals for stone choices (Stone Showcase), for plumbing (EHBS Electrical & Renovations), and for tile installation (Atlanta Flooring Creations).Joe listened to our thoughts about the stone layout for fabrication and then worked carefully with Antony to ensure our install was completed timely, with no issues or outstanding concerns.Literally, everyone involved was great. From beginning to end---all were friendly, professional, service focused, and detail oriented. A great team to work with--100%.

Excellent experience and highly professional service by Granite creations.I was working with Diana for my kitchen counter top replacement and she was really great in providing excellent service to pick the product. She is highly professional to provide all details of the products and helpful in finding appropriate materials and revising the quote.Also Tony (Antony) was awesome to get the install done on time. I appreciate his patience and dedication to get the work done. There were some challenges to fix the sink but he and his assistant Marko did an amazing job and extended their hours to complete the work.I appreciate their professionalism and they are great asset to the company.

Excellent experience and high quality work. I was impressed with Granite creations from the beginning. My main shopping trip I was alone and accompanied by my three children 5 and under. It was Christmas break so no school, and we just moved from out of state and needed to get the kitchen done asap and had no babysitters. As you can imagine, it wasn't exactly the best time to shop for countertops, especially because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted yet. The staff at Granite Creations were SO nice and patient with my children and I. They have a nice little snack bar set up for customers and a place to sit, and they were so sweet just sitting with my kiddos and keeping them entertained while Alex answered all of my many questions. I was so impressed by how easy and welcoming their showroom and staff there are.As a savvy shopper, after picking my stone choices my husband made me get quotes from a few different places. All were similarly priced so I feel the price is fair, but at the same time I feel I received far better customer service. I read reviews on other companies that say the other guys will take your deposit (which is not a small amount of money) and then tell you after that they aren't able to actually locate the stone you wanted and that it's going to be weeks or months. But one of the stones I had as a possible choice was hard for them to find, and Granite Creations wouldn't give me a final quote or let me pay until they were sure they had the stone reserved, which I really appreciated. Seems like common sense good business but after researching other companies it seems like that's not always the case.The templates and measuring was an easy, on-time, and professional experience. And finally, the install was great. The installers were all so nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and asked several themselves to be sure they placed everything in the right spot.Overall I had a great experience, and I would definitely return if we have any other stone needs.Photos show our quartz countertops and full height backsplash done by Granite Creations, as well as the before photos. Such a great transformation!

Granite Creations exemplifies great customer service! Highly recommend! They've helped us with a couple of projects and always do a phenomenal job. With our recent kitchen remodel, we had a little hiccup yet they stepped up and resolved it quickly, scrambling to make sure the work was completed in time for Thanksgiving. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied!

$20,000 counters cracked in less than 3 months!!!!I had granite creations install countertops in my new kitchen this past March. They cost me $20,000 and were beautiful slabs however they rushed the installation and did not put any Silicone under the island slab. I questioned this at the time and they said not to worry. Well within 3 months the island has cracked in 5 places end to end as well as approximately 10 other cracks throughout the kitchen. They sent someone to come look at it and they were going to look into.a repair method. There is NO repair method. The slabs must be replaced based on literally everything I've read online as well as what other companies have told me. Avoid this company they will not warranty their work.
