Poor customer service. I came around 2pm today (8/31) and the brushes didnt even turn on when my car went through the wash. Luckily i have an unlimited plan so i went back through the wash and the boy and girl guiding the cars were laughing and rolling their eyes at me. Never had an horrible customer service experience like this, definitely canceling my membership soon.

They charged $90 for a $80 service. I like their work, but they don't let you buy all the packages from the gate, and don't respond to bell call or phone call. I ended up buying a $45 cleaning package thinking I will upgrade to $80 once inside. The lady says Bell is out of order but she can credit only $35 and I have to cough up $45 more for a $80 service, which means I have to pay $90 ! When I protested, she declined to give me service. I don't know if this is purposeful way of making money unethically.

I recommend that the staff working at the car wash learn some customer service skills and basic principles of courtesy. I entered the car wash this morning and couldn’t put my gear to neutral at once. I noticed that the staff member was pretty angry about that, though it was not busy. He was talking to me in a raised tone almost yelling. That was so rude! I ask you to pay attention to that and teach your staff some communicative skills. Thank you.

There is no one present to answer queries related to cleaning packages, had to wait for 5/10 at some some office door and return back.

Hours on Google indicate they open at 8am. If you call the recording says the same. There are employees sweeping the parking lot at 8:20 AM and they have yet to open. I’ve seen 6 People drive away and they have several people lined up. I don’t understand what’s going on. Hours should be updated if they don’t actually open at 8am.

Excellent service.
I opted for the $35 interior vacuum and car wash. I am sure to go back here regularly. I was happy with the service and courtesy of the staff.
Prices for 1 time car wash starts from $8 and goes up to even 200+ as per services that you opt for.

This place used to be good until last year. Lately, I have been seeing lack of maintenance here. During my last visit, the tire polish was applied only to the left side of the wheels, and had to wipe off remaining dirt post the wash. Not worth paying 13$ for an avg. experience. Probably time to find a new car wash nearby.
