Made last minute appointment for shampoo only. I was told be there 1:45. walked in 1:43 and no greeting nor acknowledgement upon entering. I sat down and waited 15 minutes. 2 stylists were chatting with each other ,one done with client and other put her client under the dryer. They just looked at me and still nothing..I walked out..
