I had an issue with a specialty electronic device that normally has to be shipped to the manufacturer in the Northeast for repairs. These guys were able to take my equipment in and repair it within a couple of days for a very reasonable price and save me probably two weeks of not having my Device for work. Also, this was during Christmas/New Year's week! Can't say enough about how thankful I am.

There was a problem with the 1st Motherboard they installed so they ordered another one. The package was taking longer than expected due to it sitting in a nearby distribution center. They literally drove there in a Saturday to hurry up the process since it had been “stalled” there for a few days. That impressed me.

My laptop became a brick and I gave these guys a call, Alex was extremely helpful and told me through all options available. He was knowledgeable and understanding and made me feel at ease. They called me with the quote for what they'd have to do to get my laptop functional (replace the entire motherboard ?) within 2 days... Great guys here... Especially Alex!

The screen replacement on my iPhone 12 pro was not good.First it would not work on certain functions like slide to answer. Next after getting caught in the rain the screen died. Apple, T-Mobile and Best Buy all said the screen was not sealed correctly. Unfortunately Geek It won't fix for free even through it's been less then 90 days.

I called especially to get a estimate, he said come and I’ll do it , When I showed up he said he didn’t have time to do it !! and he wanted to charge me 50$ for the estimate !I went to Batteries and Bulbs they did it in literally 2 minutes for FREE .
