Talk about a mechanical ship that takes days and months to get ahold of IMHO XX. These guys left off a belt when we got it back so they obviously DO NOT TEST THE MOWER AFTER ITS DONE !! Do not TAKE YOURS THERE ! They kept adding on charges every time there's a comeback EVRN EHEN ITS THEIR FAULT!!

Dropped off my Toro Lawnmower on April 10th, 2023. The back story on my lawnmower: I purchased it at Home Depot in fall of 2021 so it was still under Warranty (2 years). Home Depot stopped selling Toro Lawnmowers and the store manager told me they also do not service them anymore. I was advised to take it to an authorized Toro Repair Shop. I took it to one on Buford hwy & the owner, I won't mention the name of the place, told me, "I just had one of these Toro Personnel Pace 22" Lawnmowers & it tied up my shop for weeks!" "I won't touch it!" So I decided to take it to "Forsyth Small Engine Repair" John, I think, is the owner and took in my sick Toro with no power. He even made a copy of the Home Depot receipt. I called a week later & he told me that he would need approval from Toro to open up the engine further as he could not figure out the cause for lack of full power. About 3 weeks later he called and told me he spent a lot of time on the phone with Toro to get the issue resolved. The Issue: A mud dauber (or "mud wasp" or "dirt dauber") made a nest in my muffler, thus preventing the engine from firing correctly. He told me this is a first for him. They cleaned it out & it ran normal again. John only charged me a small fee for diagnostics. I thought this was fair enough, because I was ready to pick it up and trash it. John & his staff are very helpful & professional. "Support Local"

When you have trouble finding parts for your mower, weedeater, chainsaw & ect, this place is a good option to find what you're looking for. They don't always have the part in stock, but they can usually find what you need and order it. They also do repairs at this location.
