We bought couple of floorings ( engineered wood)and got an amazing service at this location, specifically with Mr.Jeff Anderson. He introduced us to Mike and Mike really helped They both are absolutely outstanding in helping . Mike spend his good time with us and helped to finish all Our purchases. I would without a doubt recommend Mr. Jeff to everyone I know and I will not come to anyone else for my home then Mr.Jeff Anderson. We are doing many more home projects and enjoying the great support and help from both.

Brandon helped me and my mom in law yesterday. He was a tremendous help in making sure that we had everything that we needed for our project and was able to create a shopping cart for us as we walked through the store loading up our products. His customer service skills were amazing and we were so thankful at how easy the process was.

You have to wait several days until you have your order ready to pick up. Very slow. You are better off going to a different location.

I recently came in to view some hardwood samples and was very pleased with the hospitality and customer service. I was helped by Mr. Jeff Anderson and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I made my selections. Would recommend Mr. Jeff Anderson and this Floor And Decor location.

My dad and I went to floor and decor for hardwood and we were met with very good customer service from Mr.Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we picked out our new hardwood. Would highly recommend going and asking for Mr.Jeff!

I went to this store to look at some flooring and all the staff members are helpful. Eric, especially, helped me out with what information to look at when picking out a floor. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and he was offering to help to the customers in the store.

Jeff Anderson , amazing! I bought similar floor from Home Depot. it was a horrible experience, not only did I make it home with the wrong product, but I had to load it myself and fight through their parking lot to get it home. Returning it was even worse.Here Jeff was able to help me load it in my car and we were on our wayIn addition, he gave me great advice on how to put the floor in

I worked with a man by the name Jeff Anderson. He was a ton of help for us. We rushed in trying to make decisions one night before the store closed and he helped us pull our whole project together. My wife and I had an excellent experience this week at Floor & Decor on Buford Hwy. Liviu, the Wood Dept Mgr, was very knowledgeable. I can only describe Liviu's help as relentless. He would not stop until he answered every question and showed us every option. Shante is the Asst Mgr of the Wood Dept but has also studied interior and exterior design and worked as a designer for Floor & Decor for a number of years. She was very patient and had a great process for stepping us through our design. She just loves to help people, plain and simple. Shopping is not my thing - nor is anything about decorating - but these folks made it painless and satisfying. We will be back.
