Awful services: didn't get the shape I wanted, color I wanted, and asked for 10 minutes of extra massage and got charged for it beforehand only to get cheated out of the original massage that comes with pedicure I chose.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I only have love for the people who work here! Helen especially is AMAZING. She is so so kind and amazing at what she does. If there was an award for the best nail tech, she would win it 100%! RUN AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER RIGHT NOW!!!!

me and my best friend decided to go get our nails done. she insisted that we go to her place over mine. and i am so glad i listened. it may have taken a little over 2.5 hours for her, me, and her mom but it was truly worth it. everyone was so kind and did an amazing job. i had hellen and she was truly amazing. me and my friend kept looking at each other in awe of how perfect they were. she took all of my requests and did a fantastic job. every person that walked in or out she knew there names and made sure to greet them or say goodbye. i have never been to a nail salon that had this nice of a facility, this nice of people, and i have never had this great of a set before. i will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going to Essence for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. I book my SNS and pedicure based on my available time/schedule so I do not have a specific nail tech. They are very accommodating, even to my last minute requests to come in! I have probably been to every tech in the salon and have liked my results. I bring my mom and sister here when they are in town. I would highly recommend!!Services: Nail painting

I read reviews and decided to give this place a try. I made an appointment since I wanted to get designs on my nails. They were able to get me in when I was hoping to get in. Everyone was super nice. The salon was clean and everything appeared to be sanitized. I got acrylic tips with SNS dip and gel design. I've never had acrylic tips before but I love how they turned out. I also got the organized pedicure. My feet feel soft and smooth and the paint looks great. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
