a lot of the good reviews are very old. they lost my order and eventually found it. i also asked for the piling to be removed from the shirt which they said they were able to do but the shirt looked exactly the same.

Worst experience ever! They charged me $40 for a repair that I didn’t ask for and they did it without my content. The owner refused to refund me and told me, “everything is expensive these days, you should have asked about our prices it’s not our responsibility to tell you how much the repair will be”. EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ASK FOR IT!!! Literally I am still in shock by how this conversation went.

Since this cleaners changed ownership I have had nothing but trouble. First they speak almost no English. Now they have now lost 4, $100 shirts. Trying to tell me I picked them up when I had the claim ticket in my hand and know that I have not picked them up. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!

It seems like a lot of the good reviews of this place are old. Awful experience here today. Brought my ticket in from dropping my clothes off 2 days ago. The lady said there were no orders under my name and sorry but nothing she could do (ok then how did I get this pickup ticket?). I told her we needed to look, and after scouring the back room we couldn’t find my clothes. She called her manager who wanted to check the cameras to make sure we dropped off the clothes (way to treat your customers- accuse them of lying!). After standing there for 30 minutes we finally found my clothes (they had been put under someone else’s name), and they only gave me $5 off for the trouble. Will NEVER be back.

Don't ever take your clothes here. Went to pick up my Brooks Brothers dress shirts and they couldn't find them. They hang clothes that have not been picked up on a display rack inside the store.... the lady asked me if I saw my shirts on this display. Shocked because three of my shirts that i dropped off the week prior were on the rack, however, I'm still missing 5 Brooks Brothers I sasked her, "...so anyone can just come in and pay you the $20 cleaning charge and walk out with $500 worth of Brooks Brothers dress shirts!?" Warning to all...dont ever take your clothes to this place!!

If I had a lower rating to give I would. I asked for my carpet to be cleaned 6 weeks ago and was told that it would take 1 week. Each week there after I would ask if there was an update and they pretended to not know what I was talking about or told me that it would be another week. I finally picked it up (after 6 weeks) after 20 mins of them looking for the ticket. It ended being $55 dollars more than originally quoted. When I got home and unraveled it NOTHING WAS CLEANED. The carpet was literally untouched and just as dirty as when we sent it in. So what did we get from this experience… 6 week wait time,$180 bill and the same dirty carpet! If you want your carpet cleaned please read this review before you do.Service: Carpet & rug cleaning
