I come here pretty frequently. Today, the car reader wasn’t working and the manager (younger gentleman with tattoos) ran over immediately to help. It was also super busy but he got it handled promptly and offered for additional services at no cost for the inconvenience. I’ve seen him before as well and is also ensuring things run smoothly. Not sure his name but it’s always nice when businesses have great managers that make sure things flow smoothly. This place is definitely consistent and the prices are great!

No issues here whatsoever. The wash is good, they give you free access to vacuum, towels, cleaning sprays, and condensed air, things that you have to be a member to use at some places. I spend an average of 14 dollars when I go there, I don't have out of whack expectations like some folks seem to have, and I am satisfied every time.

Waste of money . No proper interior cleaning and charging customers $16 for interior . I asked if they clean car mat also but they said it is going to be extra for mats. Not only mats they didn’t even cleaned the interior properly . I am totally disappointed with the service.

Not a great detail service.. try to avoid detail service just for regular car wash outside service it's good facility to use but interior or wax or detail services are direct rip off avoid them.
Service won't be good . They take long long time to get to ur car for detailing and they do take long time for ur own car service with unsatisfactory work..
U see all dust as it is, they say they do shampoo leather seats but that's wrong they never do that .. overall I would avoid this location other than just for exterior car wash

This place used to be great, but I seem to have issues each time I get my car washed here now. They don't always work all of the business hours they claim they're open. They closed early sometimes and if the forecast is calling for rain sometime still just closed even if it's not raining. I've had some scratches on one of my vehicles I usually have to go through at least twice. And on at least one occasion there was Grease all over my car when it was finished being washed and I had to clean it all off by hand in the parking lot. Not to mention that the water smells pretty foul. They used to have a very pleasant fragrance added to the water but now it just smells like they're washing my car with sewage. I'm going to have to cancel my membership and find another place

Eco wash on Bethelview Road is great! I’ve used many tunnel car washes over the years and this is at the top. Much more thorough wash and great vacuum and touchup stations. Nothing missing that you would need to finish things off. Lower than average price as well for both individual and monthly washes.
Jordan does a great job of running things, and the inside waiting room is cared with the same amount of detail as the rest of the operation.

Hard workers get my car squeaky clean every time! I’ll be honest, I don’t wash my car regularly. When I take it in, it’s been at least two months since a cleaning. That is to say, it’s dirty. I pay for the wash and the inside cleaning: $41 + a well-deserved 20% tip. By the time the crew is done, my little Subaru looks brand new. Did I mention the staff are polite and pleasant? This business is a class act all the way round.

The car wash does a decent job but sometimes you have to get a towel and wash off the soap. Be careful, they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription. The Google Maps section has a phone number but Eco doesn't have voice mail or answer the phone if you have questions or issues. The staff onsite is nice & friendly.

Paid 41 bucks, the highest price for both exterior and interior, but they still couldn’t get the windshield and inside clean. The tip jar sign’s cleaner than the wash we had!

Went in today for a wash and interior cleaning. The kiosk didn't give the option for interior cleaning, so I purchased the wash and then asked the attendant at the entrance. He said go inside to add it. Went in and was told they stop interior services at 5pm. Had that been advertised, I would have never stopped here for a wash since I wanted interior service. It was 5:06pm and there was a car in the interior wash area. I could understand if it was 5:30 but I just missed it by minutes and there is nothing anywhere that indicated interior services weren't available after 5pm and the guy at the entrance apparently didn't even know. Won't visit again.

Eco Wash Express was anything but express today. We didn’t find out until AFTER we paid that the interior portion would be an hour 15 wait. It ended up being an hour and forty five minutes. They also do not have baby changing tables in either restroom so I was forced to go back out to my car, where it was parked and not being worked on, to change my toddler in front of everyone. This experience was awful. Put changing tables in your restrooms! Babies are humans too! And mom’s don’t need the added stress when trying to run an errand that realistically should have only taken half hour. Very upset with our experience today.
