Today, I visited the Dollar Tree with my son and unfortunately encountered an employee who showed us great disrespect. When my son asked to purchase a gift card, the employee shouted at him to leave it, despite me assuring them it was okay. Later, when my son found a toy he liked and showed it to me, the employee yelled at him again, telling him not to touch or play with the toys. This was unacceptable, as customers typically touch products in stores. The employee's behavior was the most rude and disrespectful I've ever experienced. I strongly believe they should be dismissed immediately.

As everyone mentioned here, yes this is the worst dollar tree ever visited. I visited around 7:30 pm and the staffs were so rude their normal closing time is 9pm she was sending everyone out and didn't even let me get one thing. People who work here are very rude. I hope someone sees it and complaints to their customer care. I tried to do that but no response from them will try again. Please don't visit

Rude Staff, Public Restrooms are not offered, but isn’t that against the law? Staff closes up early than closing time. Hopefully it will be going out of business soon!

Normally love this dollar tree, but the woman locked the doors 5 minutes early when I opened the door and asked if I could grab a gift bag. Where's the customer service? Crazy to think they'd be open during their OpEn HoUrS. ?

Dollar Tree has great bargains on many useful items at great prices. Most of the items are of good quality. The health and beauty items are great and very inexpensive.

No public restrooms. No exceptions. Store manager Amanda was quite rude when my newly potty trained child desperately needed to use the restroom. I’m generally not looking for a lot of customer service at a store like this. I understand that the store is dirty and the shelves are half bare and what is there is chaotic but treating a child like that is unacceptable.

Worst place ever!!! The lady in the morning is so rude. I called to place an order for balloons and she laughed at me and said "no sorry." I always have trouble with the staff there. The one at Market Place is 100 percent better!!

The staff is friendly, and the store is typically well stocked. It's the best place to get helium-filled balloons, and reading glasses. ?

Always reliable for the quick knick knacks. Staff here is super friendly.
