I don’t recommend this company, they don’t respond via email. You leave a voicemail and nobody calls you back right away. If you cancel by emailing or leaving a message they will continue to charge you and then report it to your credit. The communication is horrible, claims process is horrible . Hard to get things done with this company and they keep increasing your payment. Don’t waste your money or time. I had a flood in my home and still couldn’t get the money owed to me to fix everything even after sending receipt s via the app.

I have been with Progressive for a number of years and I have to say that switching to Dean Bermard's Allstate agency makes me feel that I am in good hands. My experience here has been an amazing process from start to finish with the purchase of my first home and my new car. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

This is an AMAZING agency to have your insurance with. Dean and Laura are nothing but helpful and really care about you! They are not pushy and truely want to give you the best insurance policy they can! I have dealt with everyone in their office and they are all SO helpful. I have been a customer of Dean's for 13 years and I have no plans of ever changing my insurance!!!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Mr. Barnard and Laura Phillips. They are both beyond rude. Trying to change agents I have to cancel everything and start over. I have a tree in my roof but because of the weather in Texas I’m not a priority. But when it comes to him being paid I become a priority.

Dean and his employees are possibly the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I called his office the other day and one of his team members picked up with the friendliest tone. I was not able to speak with Dean because he was out of the office and left a message. Within MINUTES I received an email from Dean letting me know he received my message and would return with his answer shortly. These days, it is hard to find anyone to return your calls or messages and I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to receive a quick response.
